I'm a pediatric dentist. Often I look for thi gs that are different that I can I corporate into my daily practice. I thought these were pretty cool. In reality, no.The thumb loop spins on the plunger. Ok. Not too bad. The wings are really loose and a bit difficult to maintain your grip. The harpoon is a waist. I have to bang hard on the loop to get the harpoon to engage the rubber stop. Quite often the harpoon comes loose so aspiration cant happen. I've blown 2 carpules of local anesthetic trying to get the harpoon to stick. One, the glass broke, and the other, the anesthetic shot out the needle , blowing the cap off. And guess what, the harpoon still didn't engage.The plus side - they're autocalavable.Don't be sucked in to buying these. They're just not worth it.
