The slot in the side of the barrel is too short, so that the syringe cannot be pulled back far enough to eject the carpule without bending the needle. Very, very annoying.

It's a pretty standard aspirating syringe... seems to be good quality. I gave it 3 stars because the pictured syringe shows what appears to be a white silicone band around the finger grip, buuuut it's just a normal syringe.
