Bought one of these and the backrest wouldn't adjust. Seller very difficult to work with on return.

Very smooth chair with good adjustments for height and back support. The only concern is seat is very firm. Was told this will get softer as it is used. , not sure of this . Regardless , we feel the chair is good quality , but have only had if for two months .
