Received this chair with no damages. Product felt heavy duty and I assembled it in just under 5 minutes. I needed a chair that supported my back and that was easy to move due to my shoulder/neck injury. The roller glides very smoothly and easy to move around without hurting my neck/shoulder/arms. It's very comfortable to sit. There's an option to adjust height and back seat backward/forward.I love this chair!

I did not get the Foot rail on while assembling. Please, is there anyway that I can get the foot rail on?Thanks so much for any help you can give me. I am really impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this chair. I just wish I had Not forgotten the footrest.
