I replaced today the sensor, it fit well. Then I cleared the fault and then turn on the car, waited some minutes and it's appeared the fault again, smells burned and now is leaking smoke from the sensor port. This sensor did not fixed my problem and still appear the same fault in my Nissan Sentra 2006.

Check engine light went away after installing on my 2005 Sentra 1.8L. Car would not idle and did not have any power. May have to take off adapter on old part and reuse on this part to fit on car. After installation, car has been running just like new for awhile now. Works like OEM part at a much lower cost.

Got this Denso 234-5061 air-to-fuel ratio sensor for my 2004 Nissan Altima 2.5L. Comes with copper anti-seize. Bought the last one from Amazon for $115. Decent price considering it costs $320 at dealership. It replaces the Nissan OEM part 22690-8U300.

Have a 2005 Nissan Sentra and kept getting the error code 420. Reading others suggestions of forums about this code relating to the catalytic converter failing or possibly the much cheaper sensor, I opted to replace the sensor first as I read they need to be replaced ever 60k+ miles. It was a bit tough getting it out, thankfully the offset puller worked well getting it out. But the actually bung nut the sensor screws into came out too. The sensor was very stuck in the bung but with a bit of liquid wrench spray and wrenching it came out. Cleaned and replaced the bung, applied the included anti-seize material and screwed the sensor back in, hooking it up to the wire harness. Cleared my codes and its been 3 weeks with no new codes. I would say give this a chance if you get that code on your car. Thanks Dense & Amazon for saving my tons of repair money.

Easy OEM replacement and installation. Works great and finally ceased the irritating engine code light popping up. Installed on 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8. Thank you.

Worked great on my 2005 G35 Sedan, Everything was as stock and Check Engine light was cleared. Gas mileage feels much better as well as the power is back. I am waiting for one more to change. FYI this is somewhat of a pain to change out, make sure you have a good jack.

This fit perfect in my 2006 Nissan Sentra S model 1.8L. It has been installed for about a week and so far so good. The plug was an exact match for the Sentra so the installation was a snap. (with the exception of getting the old sensor out).For some reason, a few days after I had ordered the item, Amazon's software kept telling me that this part would not fit my car. I checked on the Denso site as well as a few other retailers and they all called for this part number as the exact fit for my car. This O2 sensor was actually used for many different Nissan models, from pickups all the way up to the Z.
