Now this connector seemed too small at first. It would not screw all the way on.But the more I worked with it, it eventually screwed on tight with no water escaping and holds my hand-held showerhead perfectly.

I had the original shower head for my Delta for over 12 years and it finally cracked. This new one has been in use for a could months now. Easy installation and has been working just fine. I will say the adjustment is stiff to change the angle, so be sure to support the pipe it connects to when you make adjustments.

This was so easy to install. I had an original plastic Delta holder installed and this was easy to install with zero tools! I just basically twisted it ON and that was it. No leaks. I am so happy that it had no plastic and this one was all metal construction. I like that so much that it is made up of metal. My wife is so happy we got a new one installed and works great. Thank you Lord. Also I am happy with the chrome as it was only $13 vs the stainless $34!! Our head is stainless but for that price I am willing to have chrome!Buy this and you won't be sorry! Get it. It is a Delta! What could be wrong?!

I acquired this shower bracket alongside my new shower head . I really love the new shower head, and the shower arm mount does its job. I extremely like the way that the nut that associates with the supply line is made of metal.I used this to replace one that I bought from Lowe's that had a plastic nut and it had popped and ever since I had been managing a shower that had a little hole splashing out of the nut. Being so busy and had only little time and patience to shop for a replacement, I put up with just using this cracked bracket for a long time that it had become a pain in the ***. I could not believe I endured that.One day, I've had enough! But still unable to spare time to go to a hardware, I was contented with just browsing the internet until my fingertips brought me to this seller. At first, I was really skeptical but since I really wanted something new I thought I should at least give it a try given the many positive reviews and I am glad I did. This product was as delineated excellent quality material. The Venetian Bronze color matched precisely the alternative fixtures in my toilet. I definitely would purchase from this company again in the future.

I haven't taken it out of the packaging. I've asked for a return. I couldn't use it because the other part of this shower assembly (Delta Faucet 59425-PB-PK Universal Showering Components, Touch-Clean Hand Shower, Polished Brass) was unable to be provided.

I bought this as a replacement for old inexpensive Delta Handheld Shower head, hose (plastic), and arm mount that I purchased as a set. Old shower head was great but finally broke up with age( about 5 years). My biggest complaint with that set, was with the arm mount that held the shower head. Originally it came with small rubber piece that helped hold the shower head in the bracket, but that fell out along the way, and despite my effort to glue it back in, it fell out and was lost. The shower head would randomly pop put of the holder at any time, and come crashing down to the tub. I feared the shower pop out and hit on someone the head, for a long time, and finally resorted to using a rubber coated flexible tie to insure that would not happen. Was a pain to use and defeated the purpose of hand held unit. I had decided to try an upgraded shower head and needed to purchase mount and hose separately. With great reservation, but based on other reviews, I chose to purchase this product by the same manufacturer,despite the fact, it appeared to be the same mount that came in my old set, Another review mentioned the rubber strip that I also felt was positive feature Other products I compared, made no mention of such a feature. I feared the new (heavier, mostly metal) Kohler Shower head I wanted might not fit in well and might fall as well. I am happy to say this mount is sturdy, well made, and it appears the rubber strip (you cannot see it in the pictures) has been resigned and and the strip more securely attached to the mount. It holds the new shower head firmly, and my fear of being bopped on the head is slowly leaving. No more twist tie! Slightly higher priced than others I compared, but at this point seems to be worth the price. Time will tell for sure but I am happy now.

was pretty easy to install and looks like it was built to last awhile, but the cradle part of the arm that's meant to hold my almost 11 inch hand shower handle was not engineered properly as it only grasps about the 1st inch of the handle and not even very well at that. because it's not also large enough in diameter, there is no balance between the shower arm mount and the shower handle and the hand shower has a tendency to pop out at the slightest disturbance of the hose or a minimal bump of the hand. i would not recommend this to anyone who plans to use this with a handheld showerhead that's more than 5 or 6 inches.
