I must say I have 12 bows in my collection including high end ones and this is my go to at just shooting and having fun... You wouldn't expect the quality and beauty in a bow this price. I ordered the 45# and can shoot it all day and hit my target 17...20 and 25 yards. Buy this bow you will not regret it.. I've had mine over a year now and just gets better. Highly recommend...

The design of the riser is beautiful. The assembly was relatively easy. It handles just perfectly. Only criticism is the written instructions were not as clear as they should have been. I went onto you tube and found a video demonstrating the assembly of a recurve bow.Being my first bow the video was incredibly helpful. I am very satisfied with this bow.

First off, I'm a complete beginner to archery, so this review is probably only going to benefit beginners. The bow seems to be of excellent quality and the finish is beautiful. I absolutely love shooting it and look forward to taking it out every chance I get. The other accessories that came with the bow aren't really worth keeping, though, except for the bow stringer tool.I bought the 60lb version of the bow, because I will eventually like to try my hand at bow hunting. However, if, like me, this is your first bow, then I highly recommend that you measure your forearm's length and invest in a better archery arm guard. As you can see from one of my pictures, that 60lb draw will whack your arm pretty good, haha. The arm guard that came with the bow was definitely too small for my arm. I've read that you can bend your elbow to help prevent this, but as a beginner, I haven't figured that out yet.Similarly, I feel like the finger tab supplied with the bow is okay until you spring for something better. The finger loop constantly comes undone and needs to be readjusted and, while it does help, it doesn't really seem thick enough, because the string still eats into my fingers pretty good on a draw. The bow stringer tool seems to be of great quality! The tool's string is very durable and makes stringing the bow a breeze. The supplied arrow rest is a thin plastic, but from what I've read this is pretty common and it seems to work just fine for me.Now, for assembly, the bow is pretty simple to assemble. Again, I'm a beginner, so I was really hoping the package would contain directions, or at least links to something online with directions. There was a pamphlet included, but the details and images are sparse and leave a lot to be desired in providing good instruction on putting the bow together. I ended up putting the arms on backwards, haha, and I only figured it out and got everything working correctly after I found a great article on Wiki How.All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase, absolutely love my bow, and highly recommend this to others. I hope beginners read this and it helps give them a better idea of what to expect and what else they may need to invest in.

im not going to say its like a samick sage or a hoyt recurve but it is good for a budget bow and will definitely get the job done on a deer. it just takes some time to get used to if you shoot a gap but i think it is a very decent starter hunting bow. the string however is not very great and it frayed after 3 weeks but just have replacements if you start seeing fraying at the loop

The bow arrived on time and was very easy to assemble! The quality of materials is great for the price and is a wonderful bow for beginners or for experienced hunters. The bow stringer that’s included was also super helpful! The only issue we’ve had with this bow was that the string that came with it broke after a few shots, but the customer service team was amazing! They responded super quickly and they are replacing the string AND giving me a second one as a backup. 5 stars alone for customer service. I absolutely will be buying a second bow from them in the upcoming months, can say enough about them!

Ordered this bow for my son. He having trouble shooting a light pound longbow because of the traditional grip. Figured I would try this bow with the more ergonomic grip, so I ordered one tillered to 30 lbs. I've been shooting traditional archery for 50 years and own custom and production bows. In short, I'm impressed!Delivery time and packaging were good. The bow goes together well, everything aligns. Don't crank down on the limb bolts too hard, you will split the limbs. The bow comes with a string, arrow rest, stringer, tab, and arm guard. The string isn't too bad. I ordered a new flemish string, but the one it comes with is fine. I added a rug rest and side plate so he could shoot off the shelf. The tab is not to my liking, don't be afraid to trim it. The arm guard is more like a kid's size. But the bow really shines at this price point. The finish was good and the grip and shelf were cut very well. Laminations all looked good.I strung it up and taped a 3/8 nocking point on the string, will put a more permanent one on after the string stretches and I get the bow adjusted. I tried it out with some wood arrow and it shot very well! No problem hitting one inch circles at 7-8 yards. The bow is quite noisy so I added some brush buttons and they really helped. My son loves his new bow and looks forward to getting alot of string time this summer! For those who are new to archery:1. USE A STRINGER, and use it correctly. Recurves have thin limbs, they will twist if strung incorrectly.2. Shoot off the shelf. Soft velcro will work on the shelf, I used a furniture pad for an arrow plate. Plastic vanes won't work off the shelf, have to use feathers. I tried a spring rest and it worked fine. Well worth the $15. You can shoot plastic vanes or feathers from an elevated rest.3. Don't crank down on your limb bolts. They should be tight, but don't overdo it. Check them every once in awhile.4. Use a nock point on the string. I use tape for temp nock points, dental floss for more permanent.
