Bow Maintenance Guide
1. Daily Cleaning

Stores nicely in the provided zip case. Fits larger backpacks fine. Shoots well for a takedown bow. As usual, takes a lot of practice to master, but very consistent shooting.

I want to like this bow. It seems like a reasonably well made bow for the cost. My initial impressions were quite tood. However, ultimately I returned it. On first inspection I noticed a small knick/gouge that felt ruff near the string tip. I could have lived with that although it was disappointing in a new product. After installing the limbs and string I noticed the string lined up way left of center (see photo). Looking down the length of the limbs from the back of the bow (like sighting a 2x4) I noticed a tilt to one side in the top limb. I took the string off and followed the instructions for tuning the bow with the set screws in the side which adjusts the attachment point as shown in photos. To adjust far enough to get string to line up center the set screws had to be adjusted all the way to one side (see photo). This made one set screw go all the way in to the point of almost falling out (it just spun in the slot as I turned the Allen wrench) and made the limb sit all the way to one side (see photos). Adjusting in this way the string was just barely off center and the limb was aligned reasonably well, but then I felt like the set screws were at risk of causing future issues and didn't want that potential. I'm not sure if this was just a one-off or a typical problem. Everything else seemed like it was of decent quality.

I really love this bow now that I’ve figured out the mechanics and made a few mods. Nice starter bow!
