Great for craft or playing. My 6 year old uses them all the time. They seem safe, I have tested them on myself and they didnt cut me. We still supervise her when she uses them though, just in case.

These scissors are alright. They tend to get stuck on the ridges if you don't hold them right. The cuts are mostly even but can fray the edges of pictures a bit if your not careful.
