Perfect for practicing cutting paper. My two and four year old love these. Only cuts paper so no issues with them getting hurt. Keeps them busy for a while cutting out little characters from coloring pages.

These scissors are super high-quality. They cut perfect on construction paper, but basically won’t cut anything else. I feel OK letting my young kids use them and not worrying about any free haircuts.

Bought these to help practice haircuts with my toddler. They cut paper but do not cut hair so is exactly what we were looking for.

My son is two years old. After doing a lot of searching I decided to use this brand. I’m very pleased with how they work and the price. He loves making small cuts on paper.

The scissors work well with the paper cutting. However when I use them, the pointy plastic parts are very sharp and pinned my fingers. Please be careful when you use, I have to file them before giving them to the kids.

I used these for my daughter when she was 3yo to show her how to cut. I now use them in my kindergarten classroom for kids that have no hand strength, fine motor skills and need help with the concept of how to open and close your hand when cutting. These also do mot have the metal pieces on the edges to cut. They cut just fine if the paper is at the correct position. I find it safer in my classroom when using for the reason I use them for. But if you hold the paper angled, then they will not cut the paper and it can get stuck in between the two plastic edges.
