Software does not work. The software cannot connect to the deviceI installed the software on my windows 10 computer. I connected the device to the computer via provided USB cable.I clicked "connect" and the software says "Not found a valid device!"I tried:1. Restart my computer2. Reconnect USB port3. Connect to different USB ports4. Restart the deviceAll failed to work

You can connect a PC and use that to record but this device acts similar to a microphone for a computer.

The product I paid for was a NEW decibel meter. What arrived was a USED AND REPACKAGED PRODUCT!!! I am 100% annoyed and dissatisfied. If I want used things I’ll shop at a thrift store.
