Four out of eight boxes arrived broken or scratched.Four boxes are nice, though. Too bad about the other four.The worst condition ever of any product received from Amazon.

These Specimen boxes are good for my larger specimens. I have only bought a few times and have had none with scratches on them.

I liked the boxes, except for one of them being broken. The hinges were almost completely sheared off, as was the front closer. Since there were no black plastic shards inside the package, it must have happenedbefore the boxes were packed. Since some of my minerals which require that size are valued at $50.00 or more, it is obvious that I cannot use that box. I am pleased with the other boxes.
