Amazing coffee maker, it's expensive but for the avid coffee drinker, the cost is justifiable. Has favorites setting as well as multiple profile settings so if you and your spouse like your coffee different, it will save it.

Best. Money. Ever. Spent. So easy to use (don’t YouTube it because every video is too long and annoying) just follow the instructions they give. The taste of coffee in this machine is unmatched. Super easy to clean. I love the favorites option so my husband can make me a coffee. I haven’t had any problems with it! No leaking, no mold, nothing other than love for this machine!

I have had this Delonghi maker for about a year now as I wanted to be able to give it a fair review. It is so intuitive, and makes great coffee! Grinds the beans, froths the milk and you can even control from an app on your phone! Coffee ready before your feet hit the ground. I just wake up, hit the button for my favorite double expresso cappuccino- snuggle with my dogs for a few minutes then go get my cup of supreme freshly brewed coffee. I simply LOVE it and feel so spoiled. It was a gift to myself, as after a trip to Italy a couple of summers ago, I realized how horrible my coffee was after drinking the coffee there! It was an investment for sure, but absolutely not one issue with it...and I'm worth it! Life is too short to drink bad coffee!!

We decided to treat ourselves to a fully automatic espresso machine last Christmas and picked this one based on stellar reviews. The espresso? Fantastic. The variety of drinks? Delicious. We were loving it—until a few weeks in when it asked us to descale.No problem, we used the manufacturer’s recommended solution. But after that, the hot milk carafe just stopped working. I cleaned it, took it apart, tried everything—no luck. Oddly, the cold carafe still worked, so I knew it wasn’t the machine itself. Frustrating!Finally, we called customer service and learned something surprising: De’Longhi does not recommend using reverse osmosis (RO) water. Guess what we had been using for both brewing and cleaning? RO water.One more descaling cycle with plain old tap water, and boom—problem solved. Note to self: DO NOT use RO water! I know, it seems counterintuitive, but trust me on this one.Also, the mobile app is sluggish and pretty useless, but that’s a minor gripe.Despite the hiccup, I’m still giving it 4 stars because at the end of the day, it makes truly great coffee. Just be mindful of the water you use! ☕️

It's not the first de'longhi I've owned but I needed a new one and well It's the best they have. Did I need it? Probably not, do I love it? Yes, yes I do.

I love this Machine! After over three months of use, it combines advanced technology withto consistently produce high-quality espresso with rich crema and balanced flavor. Its intuitive controls and durable construction make brewing effortless, great investment.One issue with descaling - milk wasn't coming out right after. Flushed it out 6 times with water in the carafe - fixed it.Wish there was an easy way to hook up a water line to.

Çok makine inceledim, takip ettim ve sonunda bu modeli aldım. İyiki de almışım, ürün çok başarılı. Daha önce Phi… marka makine kullanmıştım ama arada dağlar kadar fark var. Tamam fiyatı diğerinin iki katı ama kesinlikle değer. Aynı kahve çekirdeği ile bu kadar aroma farkı inanılmaz, ayrıca çok daha sıcak.

We purchased this machine and gave it the "old college try" for several weeks. This was our take:-Preheating a mug, the milk does not get hot enough. So latte's are cold quickly.-The machine pulls what looks like a good espresso shot, but they are generally more bitter than we like (and yes, we've tried A LOT of beans).-Water usage is VERY high.-The interface is less than ideal. It is slow. Changing detailed settings from your phone can take 1+ minute or longer. It makes setting up new beans a BIG, BIG chore, as again, it takes forever.-Adjusting the hot water level, for an americano for example, is challenging. It must be done from the app, and you are reliant on a slider, no way to input a specific quantity. Pretty annoying for the engineer in me.

Excellent coffee and specialty espresso drinks! Easy to setup and use! Produces a superior coffee experience that is simply delicious! Purchased this to replace my Krups super automatic coffee/ espresso maker after it died with many years of excellent use. I was afraid I wouldn’t find a comparable coffee experience after trying a couple similar coffee espresso makers without success. This machine performed as promised! No leaks, sleek design, easy to clean, and most importantly the delicious coffee straight from whole beans with a foamy top! So worth every penny!
