Worked great until one day - just stopped pumping the water. :( Fail. Buy one if you only need it for a few months!

It makes better coffee than any place you can find on the market.

La cafetera no es nueva, se ve usada y está maltratada. Mal empacada. Definitivamente mala compra

This makes great espresso, but everything on it is very simple and all manual. So if you don’t quite understand how to make an espresso, you might want to make sure you learn a few basics. It’s very easy to use, and when you get the timing right… It knocks out a good shot of espresso every time. What I’ve learned about espresso machines is that you got to make sure you get the grind right. When you order your espresso beans, make sure that you get it grinded, unless you have a burger grinder. This machine does not grind your beans. It only gives you the shot of espresso so keep that in mind. The one thing I would suggest for anybody who gets an espresso machine, including this one is that you make sure you clean it regularly. If you take care of it, it will be consistent, but usually these kinds of things will have inconsistent results if you neglect them after each use. so there’s a few things to learn about having an espresso machine that I would make sure you educate yourself on.All that being said, if you know the basics of how to make a espresso shot and how to clean the machine, which is very easy to learn, I think you’ll be very impressed with this machine. I like it a lot, and actually like the fact that it’s very manual because I can control everything and get an exactly the way I want it to be.

This little machine absolutely does what it was made for. I am not a barista and wouldn't claim to be and so I did watch a few ytube videos to be sure that I had an idea of what I was doing to make an espresso. That being said my first one was more than drinkable. I did also purchase a puck screen and used it on my first "pull" so I can't say how it is without a screen but 1st was very good! According to one video this machine can be used in a totally manual mode with the purchase of a "bottomless" portafilter. This machine requires a 51 mm portafilter which seems to be an easy accessory to find. So all-in-all this seems to be a good fit for me because I get to try something new for relatively short money, even after buying the other things that seem to be necessary.

I love that it produces crema effortlessly. The foaming nozzle is easy to clean and works really well. As a former barrista, I really enjoy this machine, finally I can make decent coffe at home!

I bought this as a gift for a loved one and they absolutely adore it. Before buying it we bought coffee at the dreadful Starbucks and now people that didn’t use espresso are using it because of this machine in the house. We are all saving money and we’re having fun with this machine. This machine is very straightforward and easy to use. I think that if anything people would over complicate things. Once seeing how to do it on YouTube once you’ll have the hang of it and drinking espresso in no time I would buy again, I will this machine!

Previous (broken) delonghi worked betterFollowing all instructions and giving this several weeks try out there is no cremaNegative one starAm not a coffee snob by any means and previous purchase from delonghi had to be returned because it vibrated so much. Though this doesn’t dance across the counter like the one I had to return it basically delivers brown waterHad to go back to using a delonghi with a broken knob where the actual knob came off and I would have to glue in a stick and turn it with pluers(believe it or not with same filter holder basket and filters that one has better creamThis has absolutely no crema (fwiw haven’t used milk frother on any of my machines but using same lavazzza coffees over the years, following instructions and testing relentlessly this is worse than a disappointmentIt makes coffee from McDonald’s or Dunkin’s sound appealingI don’t expect a level of coffee like you’d get at an Italian cafe but have been making my own daily w this brand machine for many years now and this is unfortunately garbage

It took me a lot of time and research to decide on this machine after having owned a similar Breville some years ago (that unfortunately was more delicate and had ongoing issues). The De'Longhi is tough, well-made and makes great coffee. I've, had it for four months without any issues, so all good so far. It froths milk really well and once you get some barista practice for consistency, you can easily make any type of coffee you like.As others have mentioned, it does tend to vibrate enough to make a glass espresso cup slide out from under the spout sometimes, but this seems pretty minor to me. I especially like the water reservoir – easy to remove or just fill from the top, although it is impossible to see how full from the front but this isn't a big deal, either.Highly recommended.

I bought this a year ago and it gets used at least once a day and acts like i just UN-packed it. Sure its entry level but it works and works well. the mug warmer never really worked for me, but i never cared about it.Just follow the instructions, clean it, and enjoy.FYI get a quality coffee grinder or get it per-ground and if it doesn't flow much at all, the grounds are too well packed.

I have had this machine for two months and used it to make my caramel latte every morning, this one is so far the best I've ever owned. Unlike most other brands or models in the price range of $150 to $200 (my experience), this machine heats and foams up milk super fast (I use coconut almond milk). What's ever better is that it does not scream like a mad monster. There is no water leak anywhere either, very well built! Just make sure that the water reservoir is pushed all the way to the bottom before you turn on the machine every time because it fits in the machine perfectly and tightly, it won't drop all the way in by itself or the pump would just be pumping air. I highly recommend De'Longhi ECP3220 to all Espresso and Latte lovers!
