I have used this in my pool filter for several years now and it seems to work very well. Pool is always clear and sparkling. I sometimes wait longer than I should to clean my filter, but nevertheless the pool still stays nice and clear. Recommended.

This, Dicalite DE25BOX 25 LBS Diatomaceous Earth is comparable to any of the pool store brands, I've tried many, does the job and keeps my pool water clean and crisp. Great price from Amazon would purchase again and recommend to others with this type of filtering system.

Don’t like this product, once it gets a little dirty it provides too much resistance. I prefer the Chlorox brand much better.

This was less expensive than purchasing from our local pool supply. Item arrived sooner than projected. Used the earth and so far so good.
