You may want to know more about DBF solar lights:
1. Before installation, please press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to turn on the light. (Only switch to "ON" mode to charge); before the first use, please turn on the switch and put it in a sunny place to charge the battery for 6-8 hours.
2. To check whether the product can work normally. Press the power button to turn it on, then cover the solar panel with your hands during the day or leave it in the dark.
3. When installing, please ensure that the yard lights are installed in a place with direct sunlight, and there is no shade or eaves that shield the solar panel. Otherwise, the lighting time will be shorter.
4. Whether the solar spot lights outdoor can produce the best lighting effect depends on the unavoidable factors such as sunshine intensity, geographical location, weather, season and so on. When the outdoor solar street light is cold or cloudy, it may take longer (at least 6-8 hours) to charge because there is not enough direct sunlight, which is normal. Due to the temperature, the charging efficiency in winter is lower than that in summer, so the working time in winter will be shorter than that in summer.
5. Please keep the surface of the solar panel clean to ensure sufficient sunlight.

Easy to setup. My flagpole is 25 feet high. And even at 5am, both lights are shinning bright and my flag is well lit.

I received this product the other day after having had issues with other solar lights that failed after about a month. This product seems to have a much heavier/solid construction. Set it up and waited for darkness to fall. The light came on and fully illuminates my flag in the front yard. Now, unlike other products... would it stay on through the night? After sunset...on...middle of the night...on...right before sunrise...still on! So far I am very satisfied and hope it continues to perform well! Thanks!

These lights are wonderful. I bought the color-changing models. They have been outside shining on a small tree in the front yard since last Easter. It's now 12/23/24 and I can't say enough about their quality and ability to be positioned in so many ways. That really helps when you need to point the lights one way and have the solar panel facing the sun in another direction. I expected them to perform well in full sunlight but was shocked to see them lighting up for a few hours in the back yard where the low angle, weaker winter sun only hits them for about 4 hours. This brand is worth waiting for if it's sold out because you get a lot for the money. I bought another set in warm white and it's performing equally well in 4 hours of winter sun.

Beautiful bright warm white solar lights. I was worried these would be too yellow, because you can never really tell with photos, but these have a very pretty neutral white on the slightly warm side.Stays lit for a long time. In the summer, these are still lit when the sun begins rising. Short wisconsin winters do hold back the charging capabilities, but on sunny days they do catch a charge and are still nice and bright. the cold doesn’t seem to hold them back.The lens and solar panel seems resistant to oxidation. I’ll updatee this review if anything changes.So far, it’s a great value for these bright solar lights.

They have two brightness settings. On the lowest setting, which is still bright enough to light a walkway, they will last most of the night. They also have replaceable batteries.Update 8/15/19: Changed my rating to 1 star. Two months after purchase one light stopped working. I removed the back of the sensor and found one terminal of the battery had corrosion on it. When I tried to remove the battery to clean off the connections I discovered they had glued it in place. I can't get it out without risking breaking something. In addition, the power switch had become inoperable. This light is clearly not designed for outdoor use.Update: I managed to get the battery out and find a replacement on Amazon. I also managed to free up the switch with some WD-40 once I removed the circuit board. If you bought one of these, I would advise doing some weatherproofing before installing them outside. I applied some dielectric grease on the battery connections and sealed the back cover to the solar sensor.Update April 2020: The company reached out to me almost a year after I purchased these lights. They apologized for the problems I had and offered to send me replacements, which I received today. So I updated my rating to 3 stars for the effort on their part, and because the lights are still working fine after all this time. The company said they have a new design with some added weatherproofing. I added silicon to the mating surface between the solar panel and its backing cover.
