Fabulous socks. Bought for my son who is a diesel mechanic and works outside a lot. His feet stay warm and dry. Well worth the price!!

Expensive but practically indestructible. I've had Darn Tough socks that are going on 6 years, with weekly use, and i still haven't worn through a toe or heel (the usual failure points for me). I bought them because of the life-time warranty. I have yet to need to use it. I now have like 5 or 6 pair.

We got these for our son to wear while hiking in Costa Rica. That was two years ago and he still loves these socks. They've held up well and he says they're comfortable. He chooses to wear these over others.

The socks fit great, I'm a shoe size 9.5 and I ordered a medium like the chart specified.I've worn them twice on 7-mile hikes and there was no bunching, they are the most comfortable hiking socks I own! I will be buying more.

I have used these socks for backpacking for many years. The padded heel and toe areas are so comfortable, but the rest of the sock is very elastic, holds its shape with no sag, and is thin enough to not bunch up in your trail shoes. They hold up very to constant trail use.Tops are about 6 1/2" above the heel turn (compared with the Columbia Hikers 10 1/2" which I wear with hiking boots) soThe Darn Toughs don't interfere with my hiking pants or liners.The most important piece of trekking equipment is your feet; these DT socks are good medicine!

These are some of the best socks I have ever worn! The build quality is amazing, and the bottom cushion is very comfortable. Living in Florida I was slightly hesitant to go with socks made of wool, but these have done very well in keeping my feet dry and cool during my most recent camping/hiking trip!One thing I do love about these socks is that they are made in US, in Vermont. I like these socks so much I have already ordered 3 more pairs! Yes, they're slightly on the pricy side, BUT you have to take care of your feet and these really do make my feet feel great! I am in the process of replacing all of my socks with Darn Tough socks. In the end the socks are worth the price! Try a pair and you will love them as will your feet!

These socks are comfortable to wear all day in my boots. They keep my feet warm and don't make my feet sweaty after wearing them all day. They are thinner than I thought but so far that hasn't affected the quality.

Die besten Socken zum Wandern, die es gibt. Im Sommer sowie im Winter! Kann man auch für mehrtägige Touren tragen ohne sich Sorgen machen zu müssen, dass es unhygienisch wird. Sehr empfehlenswert.

There are fantastic socks. I really don't like when my feet feel sweaty or cold. I generally try to take shoes off as soon as possible. But these socks keep my feet warm and comfortable all day long, shoes all day are not a problem. They last a long time too, I have a pair bought three years ago, still in perfect shape. Price might seem steep for a pair of socks, but given comfort and longevity it's totally worth it.
