It does what it’s intended to do. I really like that it is pink so you can clearly see where more is needed. The performance is nice, easy to sand and paint over. I would purchase again. No noticeable odor.

I had a problem with my exterior patio door. When it was installed, the installer used plain would instead of treated wood or vinyl. By the time I saw that the wood was rotting, it was 3 years later. I reached out to them, but of course, they wouldn't help. I don't understand why a professional company would do this, especially when a new door costs so much.Anyway, I waited until the wood dried out and applied this wood filler (yes, I know I should have had the old wood removed, but didn't have the money at the time). The putty went on pink and as it dried, it turned white. I then sanded it down to a smooth finish and painted over it. I also installed a 3-inch lip over the door and used silicon to hopefully, redirect the rain. I have to admit, I'm proud to say, that it appears to be working. It's been several months and lots of rain, and the area around the door is still staying dry. I may have to have it redone after some time, but for now, I'm happy with the results. I've never done anything like this before, but I had to try. I am a 66-year-old woman so if I can do it, you can too.

I have used several wood putties over the years and never enjoyed using them - but cracks happen and so do dings when working with soft wood. The stuff is my new go-to-wood putty! It goes on easy and cleans up with just water! Shapes well and fills cracks without the need to go over and over in thin layers. The largest crack I've filled is only 1/4". Go light on the sanding though - it does sand down quickly even with 220 grit. Printability is outstanding - on water-based acrylic, enamel and latex paints, I haven't tried on any oil-based products yet.

Used this amazing putty to rebuild the corners of my walls. My dog teethed on the corners when he was a pup and we had to get creative. It dries to a wood color and of easy to paint over. I buy from Amazon because it’s more for a better price than hardware stores.

The product works great; but it has a texture so it's difficult to have a really fine finition on the first time. Take a bit look to dry it as well.

This is a good product when fresh but the container I received and opened just over a month later had not been properly sealed (it had not been opened) and was mostly dried out and un-useable. I should have checked it when it arrived but when I opened it to use it the 30-0day deadline had passed. I'll not make that mistake again.

This product works great with my 3d prints. I was using it from a tube but thought this larger/bulk container would be more efficient. The thin container was cracked when i received it...was shipped in a plastic bag mailer...but i taped it to seal out the air. Product was great when i opened but the lid does not close securely, more of a light press fit, and the product dries out quickly ( few days). If you plan to use the entire container immediately, then this could be a good way to go. For me...it will be back to the tubes though more costly.

I'm a home woodworking hobbyist and also an ex professional painter and have used all kinds of wood putty, spackle etc. When you need to fill holes and voids in wood I always use Dap. Yes it's pink when applied and turns white when dry. This stuff dries fairly quick if the hole is made by a finish nail, staple or a just a small ding in the wood. If filling very small holes i use my finger instead of a putty knife and that's because it leaves less Plastic Wood to sand. The best tip I can give you is try to make sure you leave a very small amount of Plastic Wood above the hole because then when you sand it leaves it flush with the surrounding wood. How many times have we used putty and sanded and still leave a small hole only having too reapply the filler. Another tip is to sand your entire project before applying this stuff so that the only thing you need to sand are the patched holes.I've used both a orbital sander and hand sanding when sanding this stuff and both are good. This stuff sands really well and doesn't need a heavy grit or hard sanding to level it out. Good luck!If I've helped you out in any way please consider hitting the "helpful" button.
