I was searching for a new spatula when this popped up. It was on sale and even though I do not make bread or anything else containing yeast because I tend to kill it, I was intrigued. I love tools and had nothing like this.To say I fell in love is an understatement. It mixes everything I have tried it on, from batters to puddings. The other day I was getting ready to make chocolate chip cookies. I was about to pull out the KitchenAid when I got a call from the grade school saying I would need to pick my grandson (7) at the office and speak to the vice principal. I decided I might need to work a little angst out and grabbed this instead of the KitchenAid. I think this worked as fast as the KitchenAid would have.I have since bought a stainless steel one as a gift for my son so he can wash it in the dishwasher and will give more for gifts in the future.

This is really a must have tool if you bake, especially breads or any kind of dough. I had never seen one until I saw a video with someone using one so I wanted to try it. It's really great for mixing dough and having it all come together without having to exert yourself too much as it's really solid and easy to clean up with hand washing (I wouldn't put this in the dishwasher). It's a great alternative to using my electric stand mixer.

I've never had one of these and this was an amazing addition my kitchen! I use it a lot! Very sturdy and well made. The only reason I only gave it 4 🌟 is that the finish is starting to come off of the wood. Side note: I've never put it through the dishwasher but always hand wash it when I use it.

I use my Danish dough whisk about twice a week when I get dough ready for bread baking. Some recipes call for using a stand mixer, but this whisk works perfectly. The plastic scraper is handy when getting dough out of my containers when I start kneading them. Cleaning the dough whisk has gotten better since I get as much of the dough off of it, soak it in soapy water, then wipe off with a paper towel...I had left the whisk out until the dough hardens, then scrape it off, but soaking right away helps...

I have never had such a awesome whisk!The handle is solid and the metal good quality- it’s easy To clean and use for all sorts of dough!
