All I can say is it worked like a charm and only took minutes to install. Worked on a 74' mobile home, and this is the only stem I needed to try. It was guess work on which one to buy and I nailed it or got super lucky. Probably the latter. I don't know if it's the exact one. but it works and that's all I care about, as I'm lucky the place is in as good of shape as it is. The handles and sleeves that are suggested to go with the purchase are what tipped me off that this was the one to buy and it was. Thank you. No more turning on/off the main water valve to use my workings.

Exact part we needed to replace old Kohler valve. Make sure to not over tighten or it will develop a leak.

I had a hot water stem failure on an approximately 50 year old kohler shower faucet. Couldn't find a replacement locally and took a chance on this one and it works perfectly. Not sure about the longevity will see. Don't over tighten when shutting off.

It fits very well in my old Kohler bathtub faucet so the faucet is woring again. Faucet stems of the older models are hard to find in a local hardware store. The only thing I am curious about is that my old stem was broken at its plastic thread, the same part of this stem is also made of plastic. If it last as long as the original then I will be happy with. Nothing last forever.

Perfect replacement for my Kohler hot water valve. We could not find the part at all, and were having to makeshift a stopgap solution for our bathtub tap, but this is exactly identical to the original part and resolved our issue quickly and easily. I am not a fixit person. I definitely am no plumber. So to have a solution I can manage personally is absolutely invaluable.

Inside valve plastic inside valve failed on both valves stripped and would not shut off. Had to replace from plumbing supply. Do not purchase unless you want to have problems. Lasted 1 week.
