I tried a set from Home Depot it did not work. I tried a set from Walmart- no good . This set works GREAT. I am Happy.

After having little success with a previous universal faucet handle fix, I decided to give these a try and was pleasantly surprised.I have an old two handle setup with a D broach so it’s been difficult finding something that fits well. These handles are not the most attractive, but they’re solid, fit well, and don’t feel loose like the last ones. No cheap, wobbly handles with this pair. I highly recommend for a cheap and quick fix. I used mine for my bathtub faucets.

Wasn’t quite sure if this would work like I wanted. I had the last handle kind grinding the grip threads until it didn’t grab them anymore then I used a vice grip as my handle for a couple weeks. I wasn’t sure if this would be able to “grab” enough of what I had left to turn the actual faucet switch. I’m amazed how well it works. Pretty heavy duty too. I look forward to using them for a long time.

I have hot and cold shower faucets in the basement shower. Normally I would repair the faucets by removing the innards and replacing all the rubber parts or in this case, the entire "cartridge" (if that's possible on a faucet several decades old). Thing is, the last owner did not cut large enough holes in the tile surrounding the faucets so it is impossible to get a wrench in there to take them apart.The big problem is that the stem for the cold water has its splines worn and rounded out. There was a previous "repair" product used, but that one finally fell apart. These new Danco handles have a "vice grip" action which tightens down on what remains of the splines, locking them in place. Time will tell if these hold up to repeated use (especially if the set screws loosen up) but for now, the faucet is usable once again.

Easy to install on almost any stem. Stays tight and secure. Looks not horrible and feels sturdy. Worked for my tub faucet well. And now my kids wills see how fast they can destroy them but I think it will be futile for a while anyway. Good for pricepoint.
