Recognizing this was a universal and not an exact replacement, with some minor sanding down of the nylon sleeve, it fit the valve stem adequately and serves its purpose.

This is a shorter handle than I was replacing, but seems to be good quality. As noted in another review, the little blue/red button might deserve a bit of glue, I can imagine it will fall out.It included the square plastic "shim" that fits overtop of the cartridge stem, a new set screw, and an allen wrench. This was a shot in the dark to avoid replacing an otherwise good faucet. Hard to be sure it will fit without pics of the underside included in the specs. Super happy with this solution!

Original handle made of heavy steel. Could not find one at my local store and the quality of their universal option cannot compare to this original one. Easy to install and comes with the needed tool.

This handle base was slightly larger than the sink handle that had broken, but it fit and is working instead of replacing the entire unit. Not that I am cheap, just didn't want to fiddle around with getting under the sink and all that! It works, that's all that matters. This is a nice heavy metal replacement handle. Thanks!

This item was not supposed to be a exact match to my old handle however it fit perfectly as a replacement for may American Standard Kitchen sink and cost a fraction of what the exact handle would have been. The reason why it did not get 5 stars if because the blue and red access hole cover fell off and down the drain the first week of use.
