My daughter wears a size 12. Fit the guidelines of a size Medium. The large fit her. Great quality. Super cute style.

If you’re on the fence between the tie on one and the elastic, I think I would have preferred the elastic for my 4 year old. However, I will say one good thing about the tie on one is that it will fit for many years, through multiple ages. I find the elastic to just be easier and stay on better, especially for a younger age like my daughter. Overall though the material is a nice sheen polyester. I generally prefer natural materials, but this doesn’t directly touch her skin so it’s ok. It looks beautiful on and she loves it!

Super cute and soft. My daughter loves the cut of the skirt. Easy on off for a quick change between classes. Washes well and sized appropriately.

This skirt is pretty and perfect for pulling on easily for before/after ballet class. The material is soft and the waist is comfortable. It lays nicely on and provides good coverage yet not too long. It says with ties but not sure what that is referring to. Overall loved it!

My daughter loves this dance skirt! It's very easy to take on and off and stays in place when dancing. It fits my 5 year old perfectly and she will be able to get a season or 2 out of it! Overall great quality.

I ordered this because I liked that there aren't any strings for my daughter to mess with. She wears a size 4 and this fits her. It's just slightly on the looser end, but stays put and isn't falling down. It gives slightly more coverage than some of the built-in skirts. Overall good product and does exactly what I wanted it to.

My daughter got this for ballet class and really likes it. We haven't figured out how to keep the wrapped band of the skirt from moving up/down, maybe we'll pin it. The elastic band/tie is nice for some adjustment.
