Great for a one-night Halloween costume, which is what we used it for, but not great for long-term use for dress up play. One of the tulle ruffles fell off as soon as we opened it and the lights are not fastened to the skirt very well but my 5yo loved it for her “Kittycorn” costume.

The skirt is cute and the light up idea is super fun.Unfortunately it's super chintzy.I bought this for a roller skating party for my daughter. She put it on and before we even left the house a piece of the tulle had come off. I pinned it back on and we left. During the party 3 more sections of tulle fell off. We were disappointed.

Charging the tutu was easy and it's so cute. It's been worn it for hours, twirling and sparkling. The lights are a nice touch. The waistband stays in place, no rolling. Would recommend.
