These pellets work awesome and I tested them in soft clay and the hollow points flatten wider than a .22 cal corpsman hollow point that was shot in the same clay, they fully expand and dump all their energy on target before or without penetrating all the way through the target!

I initially was hesitant about ordering these because the description from Amazon referred to them "Daisy" instead of "Winchester" (as seen in their photo). I've since learned that Daisy purchased the rights to use the Winchester name... so, that settled that confusion. I definitely wanted to try these because I've always loved the name Winchester for its role in our nation's history! The only reason for my concern stemmed from problems I had using some Daisy pellets ($3.68 for 250 from Walmart) that I had used on a NEW pellet gun. I seemed to have better luck using other (more expensive) pellets. Still, I was having some problems with a few of those other pellets as well. It turned out that the problem wasn't the pellets at all.The gun had arrived with a filthy barrel and it just took some time, a few good cleanings, and a LOT of shooting to break the gun in and iron out the problems. Now, I've gone back to using and enjoying the Walmart Daisy pellets and these Winchester pellets now seem to be doing great too! It's just more fun when I don't have to spend as much money and they still work well! Plus, I'm happy that the Winchester name can live on... among my household plinking supplies!

These were recommended in a video review for the Stoeger S6000 air rifle. There they achieved / supported very good accuracy at about 25 yards. Hard to argue with that.My only complaint is in their dimensional tolerances. Some of them simply won't go in the chamber, no matter how I angle, wiggle or cajole them. I suppose this comes with the low price and as such isn't a deal-breaker.So overall a decent product.

These pellets seem to be very good for the price and quality. You should try them for yourself, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I’d buy them again and I recommend them to anyone interested. They arrived on time in perfect condition, a FIVE STARS FOR AMAZON PRIME! Thank you!😊

The size of them are a little small for my rifle but for my pistol there just right.Although when shooting from my rifle it doesn't seem to affect its accuracy that's just mine though.Compared to the Winchester pointed tips these seem to have more accuracy even though some seem to be smaller.I forget the name of my rifle but I got a Sig p226 and they work really good.Shot close to 250 rounds out of a 500 round can and vary few game me a problem maybe 6 or 7 pellets I just threw them awayI will say that for a better selection of ammo order from a store that sells air guns and ammo.though it might cost more you're paying for better quality and selectionBut these are still vary good roundsno matter what the company is or how reputable they are always check your ammunition before you use it. If you use something that's clearly deformed or too small you probably have an issue. This ammo is soft and can deform pretty easily there is no way a company can assure they all 100% perfect to shot without a little inspection.

These .177cal, 9.7gr. pellets are excellent in my Benjamin Trail NP2. The rifle had previously been sighted in at 50' using H&N Sport Baracuda Hunter Extreme 9.57gr. pellets which were the most consistently accurate of the pellets I had previously tried with the possible exception of the Polymag Predator - which are even more ridiculously expensive than the H&N. (I went thru about a dozen pellet types to find them.) Even the first Winchester HPs were exactly on target and were as tightly and repeatably grouped as any pellets I have tried in the past. This was something that hadn't happened previously when switching between pellet types & manufacturers (including the Polymag). The pellets fit uniformly and are free of surface defects. Under a magnifying glass, the only surface marks I saw were on the inside of the skirt where they would not affect the flight path of the pellet. A tin of 500 currently lists for $4.99 which is a great deal compared to the $18.50 for 400 of the H&N Baracuda Hunter Extremes. I can't compare the knockdown power of the two pellet types as the squirrels now pretty much dash thru the yard without stopping. At a penny apiece and add-on shipping, I will definitely buy these again.

4.5 starsPROS:- Stupidly cheap price - 500 pellets for the price of a typical 250 or even 200 pellet tin- Generally seems decently made with no deformed or damaged pellets.- Accurate. As my new Benjamin Prowler (w/Nitro Piston) has been breaking in and I've become more accustomed to its too-long trigger pull, it has started producing steadily smaller groups with these pellets. Last group at 10m was a single hole that looked like a single shot from a 9mm pistol, under .20 ctc. Hopefully that was not just a lucky fluke. It also works well in my Hatsan 95 rifle - typical groups are single-hole, sub-dime size, if I do my part.CONS:- Some variation in sizing - about 1-in-20 pellets slips very easily into the barrel, clearly smaller than the average pellets. When you get one of those, it won't be joining the others in the group and may be off by an inch or so.- Seems to leave more lead residue on my index finger than most other brands.CONCLUSION:Excellent value in a pellet shaped decently for plinking, hunting and casual target shooting. Just remember that air rifles and pistols are typically somewhat ammo-finicky and a particular gun may shoot one pellet better than others, even ones that are highly accurate in many other airguns (e.g. it worked well in my Benjamin Prowler and Hatsan 95, which are supposed to shoot 1000fps with lead pellets, but was not as accurate as Crosman Competition wadcutters in my Beeman P17 pistol shooting at 410fps). So it pays to test a bunch of pellets to see which work best in your airguns and if this one doesn't do so well for you, then it's not a lot of lost cash.
