You can see the size of the pill case next to a regular lip balm in my pic. As small as it is, I'm not keeping lots of supplements in it - but I do wish it was a tad bigger than it is (or deeper). I can't decide if I want it to contain some acetaminophen that I carry with me, or my ear plugs. Either way, I chose the light pink color so I can see and easily find it in my dark sling bag. It also has a key ring on it to attach to an inside clip in the sling purse. The metal pill box is very sturdy and the top screws on tight. There is a silicone ring that helps to give an extra seal to it and they give you an additional silicone ring when/if this one wears out or is lost. This is such a convenient and solid container for various small items that you need to have with you and it will keep them safe and secure. Very satisfied with it.

This is a review of Metal Keychain Pill Box - Waterproof (Black). From the SOBAHIDO StoreThis is amazingly sturdy. I feel like a truck could roll over it and it wouldn’t collapse (I have no truck, so I did not test that possibility). This box is small enough so it isn’t weird on a keychain, but it holds enough pills to make it worthwhile. The box is definitely waterproof, and it comes with an extra gasket in case the original gets lost. I’m so happy that the box comes with a small split ring already attached, since sometimes I can only manage to attach split rings that are huge. I like split rings because they don’t fall off. A binder ring is also provided. This is a really nice pill box and it is refreshing that it is not plastic (I’m trying limit plastic in my life — but that is a very slow road…). Note that this is for people with steady hands, not for someone with hand issues. The lid fits well, but you do have to make sure to get the threads on the top and bottom aligned well, and it often takes me a couple tries.

This Sobahido pill box is basically the “junior version” of two fantastic metal pill boxes I’ve been using for over a year:- Sobahido’s https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CJ4MSDHJ in titanium gray (currently $9.99 on Amazon), and- HXT’s https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CR6HXLPB, in black (currently $11.99 on Amazon)Like its larger cousins, this smaller Sobahido pill box is made of metal and feels incredibly sturdy. While the larger ones feel like they would be undamaged after being run over by a Ford F-150, I’m guessing this smaller one would probably survive a Mini Cooper just fine. The rubber gasket makes a nice, tight seal. (It comes with a gasket installed, and an additional gasket inside in case the original one wears out. After a year, the gaskets on my larger pill boxes seal as well as the day I got them.)Compared to the larger versions (which seem to be identical to each other except for the color and the manufacturer’s name), the metal on this smaller version doesn’t feel quite as premium (but still feels pretty darn sturdy), the knurling around the screw top is not as nicely etched (so it isn’t quite as easy to untwist), and the screw threads are not as precisely milled (so screwing the top on can be a tiny bit finicky); however, these are pretty minor details I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t been familiar with the larger versions. On the plus side, this smaller pill box comes with a very handy keyring (or belt ring or computer-bag ring) attachment which would have been incredibly useful on the larger pill boxes. While the regular price ($12.99 at time of order) might seem on the high side, I think it’s justified by the quality; however, I noticed there is currently a 50%-off coupon, which brings price down to $6.50, which I think this is a fantastic value. If this smaller size works for you, this is a great pill container and I would highly recommend it. It is basically indestructible, so unless you misplace it, it will probably be with you for life.5 stars.

I have to take several capsules of medication every time I eat, so pill boxes are a way of life for me. I got this one because I thought it would be handy to attach to a bag or jacket. In that way it is what I expected. The larger loop is the carabiner-type that has a hinging section to quickly attach it. If you need a more secure attachment you could replace that with a traditional keychain-type loop that takes more effort to attach and detach. The pill box itself is aluminum and solidly built; however, thickness of the aluminum walls makes the storage space smaller than a steel pill box of the same outer dimensions. For me, that limits its usefulness, because I can't fit more than one meal's worth of capsules (plus a few extra) in the space. Another drawback is that opening and closing the box requires twisting the top several times around. It's more secure, but slower than a flip top and makes a lot more noise. The first time I opened it my wife could hear the scraping sound across a pretty large (but quiet) room. Not very discreet for taking out medication at a restaurant or dinner party. Obviously, in your use case the noise may not matter at all.
