Lightweight Construction

I've unpacked my Dahon and waiting for Spring so I can ride it. I purchased this bike so I can take my service dog for his exercise. [my exercise too] I need to check if there is a flexable arm to connect to the frame of my Dahon. I have one on my TREK but it's too cumbersome to manuver, so I went with a smaller bike. Let me know if there is a flexible leader to hook up to my dogs vest.
