The brush was great on first use, but it lost its shape after one use. I took as good care of it as I could, following guides online. I didn’t get any paint in the Ferrell, I shaped the tip before drying, never stabbed with it or rubbed it on the bottom of my water cup, but as you can see its fine tip is completely gone. I bought 10 Kiason brushes for less than half the price of this one brush and they’re all doing better despite worse treatment and heavier use.

I am a big fan of the Winsor and Newton series 7, but they are getting hard to find right now, so I tried this brush. Overall I was pretty happy with it. I beat up brushes pretty bad as I paint miniatures professionally, but this has held up actually slightly better than the series 7 brushes. I wish the price was a bit lower though, but it could be inflated because of current supply issues.

These brushes hold paint longer than any other, they keep their tips well. Just the finest, period. I am so glad you have them available.
