A watercolor artist I’m following on YouTube recommened this brush size and brand. It has a good point and spring. I’d never known that on my own. Without a good class teacher even if it’s on tv.

This brush has an amazing point. It also holds a lot of water so your strokes can go on forever.I'm going back to see it Amazon also carries it in a smaller size. I think it would be exceptionally good for Chinese brush painting.

I was so sorry when the brushes I bought from Loew Cornell were discontinued. I had been looking for an animal friendly brush for a couple of years now. Finally found the right one in Kingart. I'll be buying more of these for sure.

They hold a good amount of liquid and can do extremely fine lines with good control of line thickness. They’ve kept their shape and point. I have treated them exactly as I treated the princetons and w&n, but both of those got frayed very quickly. I have multiple sizes of these and they’re wonderful. I use masters brush cleaner.

I wanted a nice pointy ultra round for drawing with paint. Great for details and general painting.

The point of this brushmakes it useful for so many different parts of my watercolor. Good snap and holds a lot of paint. After 40 years of painting I finally found an afordable and reliable paint brush for almost every part of my painting.

Points well, good spring and belly holds paint well. I use this brush for painting decorative duck decoys with acrylic paint. Use itspecifically for feather splits, vermiculation, feather edges and fine lines. Not as good as Raphael kolinsky sable 8408 rounds but a good substitute at 1/3 the price.

It's absolutely the best brush I've ever had for a dental ceramic work. Keeps the right amount of water and exactly at the top of the brush, keeps a perfect pointy tip, easily picks up desired amount of porcelain mixture and easy to place where needed. By far better than Tanaka, Takanichi or Smileline brushes, for a fraction of the price.
