The needles are fine but the thread is very inferior. Even when you're being gentle and careful the thread immediately starts to fray and usually breaks before you have used half of it. I've bought 4 different brands (boxes) to suture and this is the only brand that does this. I recommend buying elsewhere.

I wanted these for some more suture practice but the thread was not thick enough causing it to break mid suture.
