I haven't sutured anything with these, as my aim was simply to have some suture kits in my emergency first aid bag for use in a pinch, so naturally my standards here may not reflect yours. That said, the packaging alone makes me pretty certain these are actually really nice. In the world of medical consumables, even human grade stuff isn't always packaged this nice. Just handling them inspires confidence that these are in fact sterile and, if or when a need should ever arise, will be perfectly adequate to serve their purpose.
