This under-desk cycle is simple, attractive, and easy to use. The display is bright and clear, with a great contrast. The system is adjusted with one push-button knob, which can allow you to adjust the power and/or intensity of the cycle, as well as let you view different display information such as distance pedaled or calories burned. The cycle is very quiet and pedals well, although even with the included mat, the cycle can still move around if you don't have a surface that's well suited for it to grip. This is especially true if you try to use this on a smoother carpet or throw rug. There is a stability strap included to more firmly hold the cycle in place, but it is hit-or-miss in effectiveness.Build-wise, the cycle feels solid and sturdy, and can easily hold up to its usage as a under-desk exercise cycle. Comfort-wise, the pedals have a bit of a hard knobby texture for grip, so it's best to use this wearing shoes instead of just socks or bare feet.Overall, I think this is a really nice product. I wish the cycle and/or the mat could grip a bit better on all floor surface types, but aside from that it works really well. I give it a 4.5/5 stars, rounded up to 5 stars.

The CYCPLUS mini pedal exerciser is a fantastic addition to my home and office routine. It’s completely self-powered—no cords or charging needed—which makes it easy to move and use anywhere. The 160W brushless motor provides smooth, stable resistance, and the compact footprint fits perfectly under my desk. With both manual and ERG resistance modes, it adapts to everything from light activity during meetings to more focused workout sessions. The large LED display shows all the key metrics in real-time, including power, cadence, speed, distance, time, and calories. It also syncs with Zwift and the CYCPLUS FIT app, which adds an extra level of engagement and goal tracking. I love that it’s nearly silent (under 30dB), so I can pedal while working, watching TV, or even during calls without disturbing anyone. Its lightweight, no-assembly design makes it ideal for travel or shared spaces, and the bi-directional pedaling is great for targeting different muscle groups or reducing joint strain. Whether you're rehabbing, staying active at your desk, or just squeezing in more movement during the day, this exerciser checks all the boxes. A smart, effective tool for low-impact, everyday fitness!

I am ecstatic that I got this. I have a stationary bike but the seat hurts to sit on as I am slim without much of my own padding (even bought a special one but still not comfortable), and when you are outside riding a real bide and and leaning or turning in navigation your upper body flows with the ride but on a stationary sit on bicycle your upper body is just there and it gets tiring just to hold in position which I find quite irritating and distracting. This you just find your own comfy seat and start pedaling - I even lean back but keep moving my legs. It has many measurement data points displayed to satisfy whatever metric you want to use to judge your progress which is really nice. Well made, smooth riding and so very pleased I got it.

This pedal exerciser is amazingly easy to operate. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm pedaling. I just sit and pedal while I'm crocheting or doing something in my chair. It really gets the circulation in my legs flowing, and it works my muscles well. I get pretty sore if I don't stretch my legs very good before and after I pedal. I'm very satisfied with this pedal exerciser.

Boy, I sure could do without blaring, pointless music accompanying product videos forcing me to quickly crank the volume down or risk hearing damage. That well-made point having been stated, this is one of the best under-desk exercise machines I've ever used. Why? Simple...most under-desk elliptical machines have, shall we say, non-bicycle-esque pedals. They typically have these large foot pad / platform things that work well only when you're sitting and using them at very specific angles.THIS one, however, has very common bicycle-style pedals that can be used in any seating position, from sitting straight up, to being fully reclined. It's the first under-desk exercise machine that I've ever used that has this simple design that is MUCH SUPERIOR to other machines with the "pedal platforms" that have such a limited angle of use.It is, by matter of fact, the first under-desk exerciser that I now actually use routinely. Because it doesn't matter how I'm sitting, it's always comfortable to use.I love that it has different modes, from manual resistance setting to the "ERG" setting, which increases resistance to match my pedaling speed. Nice!!! I might just leave it on ERG, because it works the way I do.It's easy to use, the controls are simple to operate, it's made VERY well, and the brushless motor is quiet, powerful, and being brushless should have a fantastic service life. In no uncertain terms, this is my new favorite under-desk exerciser, and it's one I now actually USE. Highly recommended, 5 stars.Maybe get rid of the blaring music on your video, though. Or at least turn it down about 10 notches. Ugh.
