セットでそこそこの価格だったので試しに購入。サイズが豊富に入っているので、線サイズを調整するのに助かりました。ブラシは結構コシがあるので、Macでなれている人には硬いかもしれません。毛足の長さは長くもなく短くもないのです。文字レタリングならカットも良いかもです。サイズも豊富で、助かったので星4です。

They shipped fairly quick and are decent quality. Just loke with other lettering brushes they tend to last longer depending on how well you take care of them. The more I use them, the better they get at loading the paint and have a nice smooth feel.

I noticed all of these lose bristles as I'm painting and I hate bristles in my finished paint. I found another brand for less money and holds up better.

These brushes hold a fair amount of paint to allow long strokes when lettering signs The variety sizes allow many sizes of lettering. They appear to be of a synthetic material. The XL size is a no. 8 in other brands it seems. Good value fore the money.

Is it just me, or are these incapable of starting a straight line when beginning a letter? I ‘wiggle and chisel’ excess enamel off on edge of cup to try to get the bristles to stick together at the tips and create a “—“ shape to be able to start a sharpe-edged letter. Could it be the enamel I’m using? It’s not One-Shot but a slightly less expensive brand. I hold the brush perpendicular to the paper and apply brush to paper but the bristles are in the shape of a “o” at the end instead of a “—“. Every Amazon and google search for “sign painting brushes” brings these types of brushes up. Frustrated.

I’ve looked for good brushes that feel like I’m painting with oils. These are long-bristled, well-shaped. I can make long strokes with strong control. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended for beginners/practice mostly but a more advanced painted can still use these without much complaint. Great value.
