My wife has always been a voracious reader and now that she's in grad school, we seem to be accumulating books faster than ever. I saw an infomercial for a similar product and thought this would make a great Christmas present for her. She LOVED it! The design is beautiful and easy to use and marks the book without actually marking the book (ugly sharpie, etc). This has been a great addition to the many bookshelves I've built her. Now I need a cataloging system to keep her from buying the same book over and over. I had no idea I'd become a librarian!

The seal itself and the device is very nice and well made, the case makes it easy to store. The only issue, which isn’t too serious, is that it didnt show up with the gold foil stickers as advertised. Like I said, not a major issue but it’s the reason I deducted a star.

My boyfriend loves this! It took a minute to figure out how to remove the plate from the back and attach it. It presses easily and is nice and clear.

I bought this for my wife’s personal library and we love it. The only thing I’ve noticed is that older, dryer, or thinner paper tends to rip slightly around the design, but that could be due to too much pressure.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality. the letters embossed has nice contrasts. Would purchase again.the plates can be removed and inserted into the handle for low profile storage.Very nice!!
