The maker imprinted the incorrect name on the stamp and there is no way to contact them after the sale. Nice quality item, but if they make a mistake you’re stuck with it.

I bought this personalized embosser to use on cards that I make. The 1st embosser I received was not legible once embossed as the print was much too small. I contacted the seller and their customer service was outstanding! They responded promptly each time we corresponded. They suggested making and sending me a new plate with less text and a different design. It was sent to me quickly and I LOVE this product. Once I emboss I apply a little gilding wax over it to make it pop! I highly recommend this product and again, CS was excellent!
