Are the Backlit Address Numbers individual numbers or mounted on a backplate?
The backlit address numbers are individual free-standing numbers. You have the options to install them horizontally or vertically, If you choose a backboard, We will pre-mount them on backplate and connecting wires of number, you just need to hanging the whole sign.
How can I power up the Backlit Address Numbers?
We will supply one adapter & one LED Driver/transformer for all the numbers. Or you also can choose power up your lighted address numbers with the solar panel power bank.
How durable are the Backlit Address Numbers and are they water and weather proof?
The backlit address numbers are durable and made to last a very long time. They are made with very high craftsmanship from Stainless Steels and Acrylic to withstand rain and harsh weather conditions. The lighted address numbers are IP65 waterproof and weatherproof and can withstand harsh weather conditions.
Can I connect the Backlit Address Numbers directly to 110V or 240V AC source?
No, the backlit address numbers are 12V DC so they cannot be connected directly to any AC power source. You will need to connect them to the LED Driver (110V AC to 12V DC) first (make sure to connect them to the correct side of the LED Driver) and then connect the LED driver to the 110V-240V AC power source.

Would leave 0 stars if possible, item arrived okay. Two posts didn’t fit the letters and they sent me to another seller to buy the proper posts. Then the product stopped working. Had an electrician read out each letter. Each one had an open circuit. multiple emails between me and the “support” located in china. Product is garbage. 270 bucks wasted. Do not buy. Funny how there are so few reviews.

Excellent font selections, and the backlighting is a warm white, unlike so many of the harsh-white, hospital-operating-room competition. And they came with a nifty 12V transformer that had a clever connector for all six wires from my 3 house numbers; it actually has connector for MORE than 3 numbers, if you need that. You lift up a small colour-coded lever for each black/red wire of each house number, gently insert the wire into the hole, then push the little lever down to clamp it into place---so easy! I could not be happier!

Packaging is from Hong Kong. No instructions were included. Tried to charge and connect numbers and does not work. It says there is an App on Amazon but no name of app. This is an expensive item for it not to work. Would NOT recommend
