I recently got this folding mat, and it's been a great addition to my garage. It's not bulky at all, but it provides just the right amount of cushion whether I'm working under the car or kneeling for other tasks. This mat is both soft and comfortable, yet firm, with foam that reverts to its original shape after each use.I've begun to use it for everything now, including my ab roller exercises, some tasks under my car, and various floor activities like yoga and the like. It has been extremely useful for kneeling on the ground or other hard surfaces!The minor issue I've encountered is with the handle; it doesn't seem very functional when carrying the folded mat, but perhaps it's just me, and I haven't figured out the correct way to hold it yet.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the CTR folding Mechanics Mat and would gladly recommend it.

This Mechanics Kneeling Pad was just what I needed to fix my bumper that fell off. The cushion is nice and soft and it collapses, so it's easy to store, I put mine above my shelf of my garage. Makes it easy to lay flat or kneel while working on the car.
