If you read your manual, you will need the GAP setting for spark replacement. Plugs were not GAPPed correctly and this tool was a must have for that adjustment for spark plug replacement.

i needed to make sure my spark plug was exactly where it needed to be. This also heped me make sure my gy6 is up to date tune up wise and that every spec was met. i am very happy with the seller timing. nothing to complain about since the product is exactly what it described it would be.

Build quality could be better. Font numbers are too tiny to see it clearly. And seems like they put some kind of black ink to fill in those numbers to make them visible, but end up making it worse. As it's gotten all over the gap so be careful to not get the spark plug tip dirty from the black ink. At low voltage test the spark diminish versus the one that didn't get the black ink contaminant on the spark plug tip.

This spark plug gap tool works well. I bought a new spark plug to help troubleshoot why my lawn mower wasn't starting, so I needed a gap tool to make sure the spark plug gap matched manufacturer specs. It was easy to use. I just put the spark plug gap onto the edge of the tool and rotated the plug around until the plug got to the area on the gap tool where it was recommended. Easy to use and can be used with automobile spark plugs also. A nice tool to have if you do engine repair yourself.
