This Sonic Energy singing bowl striker from Meinl is ace. Enhances the sound of my crystal singing bowls as there is no scraping noise whilst running the wand/striker around the rim of the bowl. The full silicone sleeve is comfortable to hold & plays so smoothly on my crystal bowls.Would absolutely recommend to other Sound Therapists or anyone wishing to improve the sound from their bowls.Great price too when compared with the rubber mallets & suede covered strikers - especially considering (in my opinion) the improved playing & sound quality. Also the packaging is great & doubles up as a case 👍🏽

This rod/mallet makes my singing bowl really loud and clear, but I use it exclusively on my 528 Hz tuning fork from tupitea, com. The tuning fork is made by Eileen Day McKusick from space craft aluminum. The mallet that came with my tuning fork was a toy when compared to this singing bowl rod. Now the tuning fork is really loud, especially after I mounted it in Amazon's resonance box. The tuning fork measures dead center on my tuning meter at 528 Hz.

This mallet does not work at all. I could not get my singing bowls to produce any sounds with this.

Not an acceptable presentation of the product. I bought a new one, and it arrived open with the sticker off and inside the package on the wand was someone else’s hair. Obviously did not receive a new item and it was reused and sold at full price. Not impressed..

This mallet produces beautiful clear tones, moving easily around the bowls’ rims. Still exploring differences of angle and sound, playing bowls with different rim thicknesses. Very nice pure tone vibration off large (18”) F note. I may buy all sizes.
