These are essential for kids if you live where it gets icy in the winter. My kid loved wearing these outside because she didn't fall running around. Would buy again.

Great traction, just as tricky to get on as adult ones, but worked awesome for ice fishing

These are the worst. Both cleats broke the first wear on a normal snowy hike not even any sort of crazy terrain. Don’t waste your money.

These fit my 2 1/2 year old daughter’s size 7 boot a little loose but useable. So the sizing seems accurate.I put them next to my hillsounds to compare (hillsounds are black in the pic). These are much less solid. But that is to be expected. The rubber is much thinner and softer. The chain is much thinner. The spikes are much thinner. So these are not professional grade. But they do seem solid enough. And the spikes are pretty big. Of course we have not had ice to test them yet.I think they will serve fine for anything I will be bringing my toddler on! I’ll update if they break easily or something.

We recently bought a mountain cabin and these are a must. We have a 10 year old and he wears a size 3 (euro 35) in kids which is about a size 7 in adult women. The cleats are easy to attach to any shoe, but note, most snow shoes are bulkier and larger than normal shoes so please remember this when ordering. Yes, you a;so want them snug so they don’t fall off when walking. The bright color cleats will help you fin them if they fall off. The elastic is easily stretch to fit over shoes. They are lightweight and come with a great little bag to carry and store. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. If this product does not continue to be a 5 star product I will update with additional information and pictures, especially after continuous use.

I have an expensive set of these kind of rubber strap crampons and they cost me a bunch. The metal on mine are built to withstand a 300lb guy stomping around on slick surfaces. These are built much in the same way, but obviously are not meant for 300 pounders. The metal is far thinner and cheaper. I would guess that if I stepped on them laying on concrete, there's a good chance I could bend them (I'm 225lbs). BUT, these aren't meant for me and my stepping. My 80lb daughter will appreciate the extra traction when on a slick trail.Given how these are built, I would not recommend being on any trails where there is solid bedrock or concrete and such because I think they would be pretty slick on that kind of surface. But I've used these types of cleats for ice/snow, and for late-fall where the grasses on a hill might normally be very slick.

Ordered these so my youngest can safely join me on walks when it’s icy. We have 2 dogs, so walks in all weather are a must. These crampons fit easily on kids boots size 1 (what our 5 yo wears). They take a little getting used to, crunching down on the metal grippers, in comparison to regular boot soles. We tested them out walking around on some icy patches around our yard and driveway, and they kept her from slipping. We haven’t had enough ice yet to take them on a longer walk at this point.I see much safer walking on slippery days this winter. There is room to grow with these, so I predict they will be used for numerous winters to come.Con: don’t do any ninja kicks around your friends with these on…it’s going to hurt!
