Produces step-by-step profiles without masking tape or cleaning afterwards. A releasing agent (soapy water) is not needed to apply the soft Caulking mass (silicone). this process results in better adhesion and prevents mould from forming underneath. In the event that the profile application is not perfect, It is possible to remake isolated parts without having to remove the entire profile. With the Fugi professional all standard sealants can be processed more easily. Cleverly attached guides help bridging intersections and prevent any subsidence when working these intersections. Buy this one! It is well worth the extra dollars. The edges of the squeegees are so much better than the copies. You might think that the cheaper copies must be just as good. But when you look at the very edges of the squeegees, you will see the difference. These have a clean crisp edge that the others do not, and they do not wear down quickly at all. It is this crisp edge that makes the job go easily and looks like a pro did it. I've always hated caulking and never could do a very good job at all. The best video's on the subject I have found are by CharlieDIYte.

Great tool. Used it on the tub and other projects including a wood beam. The various profiles make it easy to caulk and have a finished look.

This is the first profiling kit that actually works. It’s not cheap plastic like everything else I’ve tried. This one gave me perfect silicone lines in my master bath tub surround. Worth the price!

I tested this kit out on a small bathroom caulk run this morning & it delivered great results. It's not 100% foolproof but it's easier than a finger even for normal baseboard caulk.For the average unskilled user you'll be able to run your line much faster. This gives you more time to fix any mistakes & produces a good looking result.The small gradations allow you to mix two bead sizes in case your caulk gap has inconsistent sizes on the line (ex: trim that's not flush against the wall.)You still need to cleanly apply the right caulk amount with your gun. Too much & you'll need to frequently wipe off excess caulk, but too little & the line won't have enough material to look consistent.

Husband got this kit to use when he installed a new shower unit. He now feels very confident about his caulk application and that the job will last a long time. Makes caulk bead clean and ready to resist any mold/ mildew buildup.

I hate running silicon, I mean I REALLY hate it! Mess everywhere, unsatisfactory results, descending deep into psychosis when it all goes wrong and then rage quitting on the job.My new house needs mastic replacing everywhere and I am not going to pay for someone to do it. Well, I started looking for tools to aid in the application and believe me, I have used a few in the past that I was not happy with so was not happy looking for another.This is not cheap (but lets face it, it's not expensive either) but what an amazing tool. Real quality components and I have just tried it out and I am typing this not covered in silicon, not sweating from rage, not questioning all my DIY abilities as always when doing this. I'm actually really happy with the job I've just done and that never happens. Buy this if you value your sanity and want a quality finish.

Used this kit to remove caulk from my tub and then reapply new silicone. Worked great. Was a bit of a learning curve. Referring to the How to Apply Silicone video on YouTube by Charlie DIYte was super helpful. To clean these off between sections I would keep a wet paper towel nearby and wipe off most of the excess silicone with that, and then I used a junk towel to clean off the rest of the silicone residue from the tool before going back in for the next section of silicone. If using the feet for tile remove them before cleaning the tool off each time and then put them back on. That part is a little tedious but worth it. It is really hard to clean excess silicone from it if the feet are on. The assorted tips make it easy to remove caulk completely if you screw up or to clean up excess caulk. This is the third time I've caulked my tub in the last 6 months and this time I expect it to hold because I used this tool and I can tell the caulk line is more rugged. Plus it looks great!

Io non sono un professionista, e finora l'ho usato soltanto su superfici duri come ceramico e vetroTutte le cose dentro l'astuccio duro fanno i suoi lavoro in modo perfetto. Tutti gli attrezzi sono facile di pulire, così loro rimangano in condizione ottimo per la prossima opera. Anche il coltello per rimuovere silicone vecchio funzione in un modo speciale, può raggiungere posti che un taglierino non riuserà. Un peccato è non sono riuscito trovare i suoi lame ricambi disponibile in nessun posto, neanche qui su Amazon oppure il sito del produttore. In somma sono molto soddisfatto con questo prodotto tedesco.
