The wood stand are not sturdy and don't stand straight. Have to use the planters without stands.

This was such a fun craft! A bit tedious when placing each individual leaf in the pots but the sand art aspect of it took me back to the early 90s. Definitely for an older kiddo or a grown adult like me.

The jars are freaking tiny!!!! Like 1" x 1"The sand colors are dull and depressing. Only got grey and black in ours. We would had liked some earth reds, oranges, yellows etcThe stands were a joke and didn't stay up.Pour the sand into the little jars and then the the trash.

I added some wood glue to my purchase, as I'd seen other customers mention that it falls apart easily, and that's not a bad idea. It's great looking, and my granddaughter will have lots of fun creating. I'm looking forward to the holidays this year, and this gift is part of the reason. :)

It had waaay more sand then I expected. Enough for me to make a little sand jar. Though the holders are flimsy and it helps to glue them. The instructions are helpful and simple. Its adorable, just smaller then expected and I was hoping for plastic plants not paper.
