Ordered it and it came cracked on the cover for knobs, but super easy fix with super glue and looks like nothing happened.Works great and the spin on it is super fast leaving the clothes really drained. Nice size and was expecting it to be a big.Just remember the left side has a drain pump and when you're spinning your clothes after, it will drain out the tube. Make sure you have something or somewhere for the tube to get the water out. I wet my rug area a bit from not realizing it would do that. But it's awesome. I was able to wash a lot more clothes than I did from my previous machine.I do hate watching long sleeves or pants because it tangles up. Laundry mesh bags are recommended for that issue. :)

Alright, if there are 2 people and no washer or dryer hook ups, this little thing is amazing for the price. It has a 15 minute wash timer and a normal and gentle setting. Then you have to drain and refill to rinse. And then a 5 minute spin cycle to "dry". So here are my likes and dislikes:Likes:-Good load size for washing. If you put to much in however, yoy won't get much movement, therefore not much clean. So make sure not to overload it.-it's not as loud as you would think.- it has a way to connect directly to the hot water inlet. I dont do it this way with my house set up. I set it in my bath tub, fill it from my shower head hose, and then do manual fill. So both options work for both types of set up.-it does get the cloths really clean. When you drain the water, you see the yuck of the water coming out and into the tub.- while the dryer isn't a standard dryer and is a spinner, it gets them pretty well close to dry. One shirt inwas able to wear right out ot got so dry. You'll need to hang them for the rest of the way for maybe an hour tops.Dislikes- doest do hair very well. I have pets and I had to lint roll after. It gets some, just not all. I'm going to see if there is a way for that to go a little better and get more off, but we shall see.-while large wash capacity, there is a much smaller dry capacity. It's nist a spin and rinse option and I fit about 6 shirts in it. I wish there was an option to dry the whole load that you can fit to wash.-gotta make sure to spray it out to clean it after to not leave hair and any sediment on the bottom.Overall, this product has been a life saver. My husband has one work outfit and I cycle between 5 shirts and 2 pants. Then of course socks and underwear. 3 loads tops to do everything for me and him. I'll come back about how well it holds up in 6 months as far as how durable it is.

SUPER EASY TO USE!! This thing is a mighty little machine with a rudimentary design that allows each side to perform one function which it performs VERY WELL! Lots of power, simplistic functionality and design. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'll add to this review in about a month. I've had it for 2 days and done five loads of wash. Everything is coming out clean. It sure is making my life right now a lot easier.

So far very good! This is a wonderful little washing machine for those with small spaces. I am temporarily living in an RV and use it to keep up on my work clothes on the weekends. I would definitely rather have this machine than go to the laundry facility. Minimal soap needed. Noise level - moderate- spinner- excellent- (if balanced and not over filled) my clothes seem to be cleaner than ever! The directions included on how to fully use this machine are not good, but u tube has great videos :)

The machine worked well before the drain pump stopped working after two months. Customer service from Costway is not particularly helpful. Do yourself a favor and go for a more reliable brand.

My daughter and I recently had to move into a tiny cottage, in the mountains, due to a nasty divorce. During the process I had to give up most of my possessions, including my beautiful washer and dryer. We went to a laundromat every other week, hauling our laundry up & down a flight of stairs, sometimes in the rain. Not having a washer reminded me of all we loss. We are active people and my daughter plays sports, she needs her team practice gear washed weekly, which I would wash by hand between laundromat days. FYI: I have always hung dry most items to prevent shrinking and preserve the fabric/color. I have a minky drying rack that holds a lot of clothes and live in sunny CA.My daughter asked how do people living in RV’s wash their clothes? I started googling and watching YouTube videos and found this portable washer. It was delivered to my front door(most delivery services don’t want to go down my stairs.)First impression we were excited with the size of the wash tub and overall aesthetics but concerned about the hose as it is very cheap looking. We started a load inside, using buckets of water, draining into buckets. We had tears of joy! A month later, it’s used outside using the water hose and letting it drain outdoors. I can heat water to add warm water or hot water. I purchased the largest washer and it’s pretty quiet, easy to use, and does a beautiful job on the clothes. The spinner removes almost all of the water from the clothes, cutting down on drying time. The washer is light weight and has side handles, so easy to move, as the weather gets bad it will go back inside. I don’t overload or push down the clothes and think about weight vs. number of items in the washer, however I can do most of our clothes in one load. All of my bedding and dish towels, fit fine and one load. I do drain and refill for a short wash to remove soap as follows: Wash for 12 mins., drain, refill Rinse/wash 5 mins, put in spinner and rinse with water, spin 3mins.or less mins. So far the cheap washer hose is working great, if someone has a better one please post! Tip: I don’t drain the water from the wash tub until after the final spin. I feel it helps distribute weight in the spin tub. I have no rocking. Also if outdoors cover the top, an acorn scratch my top cover. We have overcome so many obstacles and purchasing this washer has helped us persevere. It’s a must for small places or two chicks in the woods.

The unit requires purchase of a small piece of meshing for the filter. Open it up and place a piece in made to fit! I noticed a lot of complaints that it didn't catch any lint, but this did the trick for a purchase of under $5.00! Other than that, the unit is awesome, as I had an old 60's model way back when, and I liked that too! Yes it's not fully automatic, but you can reuse water if the load before wasn't that dirty. You also use less soap and fabric softener too. You can't obviously use boiling water as it's plastic, but you can use warm to hot water. Just use common sense. If it's too hot for your hand, then it's too hot for plastic. Then it works fine! It's also light enough to pick up, as I use mine in the bathtub. The pump and spinner also work great!!! I'm very happy!!!

I like it. clean like a big machine. some more work to do vs automatic one but the bin is bigger than small automatic one. its not a highest quality material but no problem so far. easy to use. drain pump is powerfull.the dry drum is noisy if you use water in to rinse

I really liked that the motors were relatively quiet during wash/rinse cycles. Lots of room for a fair load of clothes (easily handled my load of 18 hand towels). Light and easy to move around. I did have a problem with the spout on the intake hose...it was just not wide enough or deep enough to go over the end of my kitchen tap. Therefore I have to fill the wash tank by hand using a container. While this machine is really basic, it does work well and for the money I would have given it five stars if not for the problem mentioned above.
