I bought it for my new kitchen. The price was good and it has 5 burners which makes it more like a commercial stove. The heat level is great and the installation was easy. The only thing I disliked is I have to get use to lighting the pilot each and every time I use it!

I purchased this oven recently and it was simple to install. So far I'm really satisfied. Love the design, though I did replace the handle to match the rest of my appliances. The burners ignite quickly and deliver consistent heat, which I appreciate. Haven't run into any issues the few times I've used the oven.I will update this review if I do run into any issues.

I was worried about ordering an appliance from Amazon. I live rural and it costs a lot of money to either drive over an hour to a big box store and move an appliance myself or to have it delivered. Amazon had a local carrier pick it up. He was alone and the oven fell and dented in front of us. Amazon offered a discount and we were able to do some repairs on it so you cannot tell unless you know where to look. The gas company made sure everything was functional and it works great. I love that I get the best of both worlds with gas stovetop and electric oven. This has a beautiful look at a fraction of the cost of other 36" ovens. It doesn't have wifi or all of the crazy new features but I like that. It is an attractive functional oven with everything you need and fewer gadgets to break later down the line. We did a lot of research and this was the best price for the look and functionality on the market.

Great stove. Love the electric oven and gas cook top. Looks stylish. Great for low simmer. Does not boil on simmer like other stoves. Great price.

I couldn't wait to use my new Cosmo Duel Fuel Range until the remodel was finished so I set it up temporarily until the work starts. The oven doesn't heat up the kitchen like most others do. I bake bread at 450 degrees, which can heat a kitchen up very quickly when you think about the time it takes for an oven to get to 450 and then the addition of about 25 minutes more to heat the oven stone, then another 30 minutes to bake the bread. Well this oven has a very heavy door so that little heat escapes, plus it has an internal fan that somehow cools the inside of it as soon as the oven is turned off. For your safety, know that when you open any oven door you are going to get a blast of hot air that is whatever temperature the oven is set at. So make sure to turn your head away when you open the door. And know that your Cosmo's oven fan will cool it down very quickly after it is turned off. A great feature!

This oven is a piece of a junk. I've owned it since June 2017. The oven part of the appliance is electric and has stopped working multiple times. The wires that attach to the back of the oven were both melted and charred, which caused it to no longer heat up. You could even smell the burning when cooking....After nearly five months of emails with COSMO and the warranty company they use to "service" the oven, they basically tell you, you have to hire someone to tell you what's wrong with it and then tell us...we promise to reimburse you.The service company that I hired to fix the oven even had the audacity to get on the phone with their buddies and curse and yell about how big of a POS this oven was. While I was standing right there....After a long period, I was able to get the warranty/oven company to send me the parts for the oven and had to remind them to reimburse me for the service calls a few times.After two weeks, the same problem occurred and it stopped working again. I sent yet ANOTHER email more than a month ago for them, furious over the situation and I got the same canned response, in which I haven't heard anything since.I believe they are trying to wait out the warranty period which ends in June 2019. Then, I'll have a dead oven.BUYER BEWARE. It looks nice but just buy the Viking.

The legs do not allow the stove to be on a firm footing. We had trouble stabilizing the stove. When you open the oven door, the stove wobbles, even though it is attached with the anti-tip chains in the back. Because it was going into a place where another stove had been, we found that it was probably an inch or two more narrow on the sides, creating a gap between the stove and the counter. We probably spent as much money on installation and trying to get the stove stable as we saved by ordering it online. AdditionalIy, WE did not fully understand what "dual fuel" means..our fault. It means that the cook top is gas and the oven is electric - so you need gas AND a 220 electrical outlet (more money). I will say that the trucking company ( Saia LTL Freight) that delivered the stove could not have been easier or more accommodating.

Our stove arrived and it's beautiful. What an elegant and professional stove at such a great price. We are very excited to use it! The manual for the stove is not very informative but we can easily look online for any guidance. A four star rating would have been given except for the fact that the stove arrived with a few small dings and the oven door is not level. We are in the process of contacting Cosmo Appliances to remedy the issues. If things are satisfactorily resolved I'm sure this will become a 5 Star rating, and if not it will obviously go down in rating.
