Update to Previous UPDATE: I've changed from 2 stars to 5 stars and this is why! First of all, EVERYONE I was in contact with in Customer Service was VERY FRIENDLY...VERY FRIENDLY!! So, I contacted Amazon first since the oven was shipped and sold by Amazon. They gave me an email address to Westbend. I contacted Westbend and someone responded quickly that someone else would be with me soon. No one contacted so after a week I followed up. Same response time and same NO response. So this went on for over a month. I contacted Amazon again, this time they gave me a phone number to Westbend. The person I talked to that day was very kind, very cordial and said we do not have a service technician in your area so we'll send you a new oven. Once again leary, but about 10 days later, I received a brand new working oven!!! AMAZING!!! Thank you!!!!UPDATE: The oven part stopped working 3 months after I bought it. There is no way to contact any one for service.I bought the electric range. I was leary at first because of the poor reviews but I actually like it. I had researched many 20 inch electric ranges. We live in a container home and have very limited space. This electric range cooks just like a standard electric range. The 4 burners are amazing and heat up quickly and get really hot. The oven has cooked all of my foods evenly and nicely. I have had to put a few extra minutes on a few items but overall I like this oven. I set it per the temperature on the food product and let it cook. I've made cakes, cookies, chicken tenders, french fries, muffins and all have cooked well and evenly.I like that this oven has a timer and a clock on the front. The indicator lights are nice. The only drawback is there should be a beep/indicator to let you know the oven has reached the desired temperature. But i just preheat for 5-10 minutes before putting my food in it. It was extremely easy to set up and use. There is ample space on the inside as well as storage on the bottom.

I like the size the burners work the oven qill not light iv been trying to get company to come fix it as i paid 900 dollars for this i have been getting the run around its been about 4 weeks and still no working oven probably would not but buy another west bend product again

Encendy for the first time I kiss the oven and I burn the LED. And the burners make me feel a lot. The oven light only turned on 1 time. Very bad product, definitely bad product😡🤯
