Because this ladder is so light I use it more than my heavy duty ladder. It saves time. Easy to unfold or fold. I feel safe standing on the top step.

I have given this as gifts because it is so light and useful. It weighs nothing yet is sturdy and stable with a nice hand bar to hang on to. When the step stool isn’t tall enough and the 6 ft ladder too much, this is perfect and handles most jobs in the home. Highly recommend, if you can find it. It isn’t widely available on Amazon anymore and the price can really vary. If you see it, grab it! You will love its slim light design and use it often.

Easy, light and something I use all the time!Tall enough to get into our storage spaces up above our closest on my own! Now I don’t have to ask my husband to get the big heavy ladder out every single time I want to change holiday decorations / etc.super light / durable / easy!

I have 3 of these, for my kitchen, basement, and workshop. That's how much I like them. When I find a great product I vote with my $$.These are very lightweight, in a GOOD way. They are very sturdy, have a good wide stance, and a large top platform to stand on without losing your balance. The handrail is also positioned ideally to give you something to grab quickly if you need to. As a 6 footer, standing on this puts my head a few inches below ceiling height, which gets me up where I need to be 90% of the time. My step ladder is much lonelier these days.I don't like throwing things in landfills, and every high quality aluminum and plastic part of this can be easily recycled if it ever were to break some day. Which I doubt it will, but still...I've seen other products with tool caddies in place of the handrail, and cheaper construction, obvious from their photos. IMHO the tool caddy is not as important as being able to carry the step stool by the handle and the safety of having a handrail. This product may cost a little more, but it is perfectly designed.

Its bigger than I expected, but that has been a good thing. I purchased it to reach things on the top shelf of my pantry but since its bigger than expected I've used it for so many other things. Its nice not having to go to the garage and grab a full size step ladder

Has withstood test of time and abuse. Got this over a year ago. It has been used for many home upgrade projects. I remember shopping very discriminately on Amazon for a ladder - I wanted it to allow me to reach 8'-9' ceilings comfortably (I'm 5'8, 230lbs and I have to duck my head slightly when standing on the top step), to be lightweight and yet strong and durable, and to have a convenient method of setup/teardown.In hindsight, I can't imagine any other ladder ticking all these boxes as boldly as this ladder does. It is a godsend and I am back to buy a 2nd one right now as I write this.You may be thinking it's a bit lengthier than other ladders, because it has the top shelf part above the top step, and thus less space savvy. That top part lends greatly to 3 valuable things from what I can tell. 1) balance/stability when standing on top step. 2) it's a shelf, so it can hold stuff 3) a functional design and form factor that is strong, efficient, and simple.So there you have it. Genuinely a great ladder and worth every penny. Easy 5 stars.

So easy to move around and very convenient, I weigh more than this is rated for and bought it for my partner to help me out with renovations, but I've used it alot myself as well and haven't had any issues YMMV.

These ladders are great because you feel very secure when you are up on them. I am in my early seventies and I used to do a lot of renovations etc. but now I feel a little queasy about climbing to change light bulbs in the shower or getting heavy platters down for Thanksgiving so I really appreciate a 'good feeling' on a ladder.

I am holding back a star only because i just received it a day ago and dont have a lengthy enough duration to comment on the durability of this. But it is everything they say it is - lightweight, with a little space for your tools on the top and high stable enough that when I reach up even on my tippy toes on the last step, it remains as is. I was so impressed with how lightweight it was as I had ordered several things and was wondering how to carry this up when they were delivered. but i literally hooked it over my wrist and carried the other boxed together with it and went up the elevator!! Also, It is such an easy snap shut and pull-open folding mechanism, it squeezes into a tiny space i have in my apartment closet.One caveat, I use it around a medium sized apartment that has relatively tall ceilings than usual. It works well with my nails and powerdrill to carry around as i put up shelves and lighting. I am not sure how it would work for more heavy duty work. And it's a nice height for my apartment, may be too high for smaller apartments/low ceilings.
