Build seems good, but lacks a bit of comfort. I'm 5'8" 210 lbs. Back is good and tall, but a bit too firm for me. The included cushions solve this, along with being able to set the desired reclining angle. As for seating, the cushion thickness doesn't seem to be enough for my weight. I feel the cushion bottom out after a while, but not as much as others I've tested, so I know I'll need another cushion over it in the near future. I had a Lazy Boy that made a lot of creaking noise when getting up, but this seat is barely heard when I move on it. Let's see if this holds along the wear and tear. No instructions included, but easy to figure out as all screws are the same size.

I spent a lot of time looking through the chairs on Amazon, reading reviews and going back and forth on several. In the end I am very happy I chose this chair. It was about $50-100 more than the other ones I was looking at, but I was enticed by certain aspects. I am 6' 220lbs, early 40s, and I was starting to find myself hurting after sitting for a while at the PC gaming. This chair promised support and comfort, and it has delivered in a large way. I really enjoy the fabric as opposed to the faux leather. I find it very supportive in my lower back, but more importantly, my neck, which is where I was really having issues. For my height I think it is perfect; I can lean back in a nice relaxing but supported position, and have my neck feel totally stabilized and comfortable. It is firm. Some people may not be into that aspect, but much like my beds I tend to appreciate that more than soft. The arms are comfortable, and can slide nicely under the desk if you set them at the lower level. The general feel of the chair is relaxed, as it says in the name. I did not receive any instructions in my box, but a quick Google got me a clearly outlined setup manual. I would say in total it took me 15-20 minutes to set up. Pretty straightforward. All in all, very pleased with this chair, and it feels like it is of a quality that will endure some years of consistent use. Recommend.

I disagree with the others. A monkey could put this thing together why does it matter what language it’s in. Super easy to put together just look at the pictures! I never even used instructions because there is only one type of bolt/screw! Just one! The only part that is different screws are the cover but you can just read the label it tells you which screw for which plastic cover. Also, the quality is great. Don’t understand why it was “bad quality” it’s a very nice chair AND I work from home and I’m a gamer. So I’m in my chair for at least 8+ hours a day and it’s the comfiest chair I’ve had between more expensive gamer chairs and even ergonomic chairs. I bought another more expensive chair from Amazon however being a PU leather it made it unbearably hot after a few hour’s especially living here in Texas. After setting this one up I can say this one is better built. So far, no creaking unlike the other one and the cloth material is sooooo much better, more breathable. Being Corsair I feel like the build quality is extremely good, high quality feeling much better than my old chair that was marketed as a “luxury chair”. I personally love the color grey it came in too and glad I picked it giving it a bit more class. The seat feels firm at first but becomes a little more soft as it breaks in and now it’s perfect after a few days or a week or so. The back is supportive especially with the lumbar support and neck pillow but much like the bottom seat, give it a few days at least to break in and soften it and mold to your body. Mine now fits me like a glove now. My only gripe is the arm rest. They could be a bit more adjustable offering very limited range, height adjustability, and no side to side like 4D arm rest but being their budget option, it’s the trade off being the cheaper seat they sell. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like it’s budget at all even though they sell much more expensive premium options. This feels like a mid tier/mid tier plus chair at a budget price. Love it. I would buy over and over again. One thing is if you’re tall the neck pillow may not align as I’m average height and stocky/musuclar build and it fits me perfect but if you’re like 6’ plus you may have to do without the neck pillow as I have it at the max height already and I’m only 5’9”. If you’re on the fence, get it. Might be the best seat for the money tbh, I love this thing.

Bought this to replace an Ikea chair that felt like sitting in a medieval torture device. No idea what I was thinking with that purchase. After about a month of living with the Corsair TC100 Relaxed, my main question is...what kind of weird body was this designed this for?!?! I'm about *the* average dude in all the pertinent size categories, and while my body snugs nicely into the backrest, the seat bottom bolsters are so narrow they're constantly pinching my thighs. I have to sit like I'm crammed into a subway car if I don't want to touch them. It escapes me why and how they're so narrow - the buckets in my car have way more room than this - and it's kinda mismatched to the backrest. If they were just a little wider, more padded, or simply weren't there this chair would knock it out of the park for the price. I've wedged some extra foam between the seat and the bolsters to spare my legs bruise marks.I knew coming in that the arm rests weren't very adjustable, so not a huge demerit, but if you recline at all the arm rests end up in a different time zone from your body. Some front-and-back adjustment would've been nice, but I ended up unscrewing the pads, shifting them back a few inches, and gluing them back in place (you could re-drill holes, and I might someday, but it hasn't been a need yet). Not a huge deal for me since my arms are typically on a desk anyway. Those issues in mind, the chair does have some nice cushion to it and the adjustability accommodates a ton of posture/sitting styles. Since I split time between computer and craft desks, it's nice to have a chair that does well to support both slightly reclined/slouched and totally upright/leaning forward. The back pains that the Ikea Tortyr inflicted on me are mostly gone, and I can actually spend a good amount of time sitting in the TC100. The lumbar cushion is nice, and helps you find that optimal position no matter what your sit style is, though I don't always have it installed. The attachment point for the head cushion is too low for my taste (goes straight into my shoulders), but is nice if I just put it behind my head.I did try out a bunch of other seats including several Secretlab offerings, which while spacious felt like sitting on 2x4s. People say to go for ergonomic office chairs instead of gaming chairs, but the high prices and lack of tall back/head rests keeps me seeking out the perfect gaming chair. If the downsides of this chair annoy me enough, I might try out the Razer Enki or Iskur.Overall, not terrible, certainly a good chair at this price point. If your waist is bigger than 32" or have an athletic build, you might want to look elsewhere though, lest your thighs end up like sardines.
