I've had a DIY bookshelf project that I kept putting off, but finally decided it was time to complete. These clamps helped hold the corners in place. They were easy to get situated, held at a 90 degree (at least based on my angles). Overall they got the job done and will be a good addition to have for future projects.

I've been wanting a set of these for a while. My current method is less than stellar and has mixed results at best. These allow me to clamp in a 90 with relative accuracy. I haven't used it for larger stock but it works well for the medium-sized stuff I work with. It should work well for larger stock material in my opinion.

I'm at a novice level when it comes to woodworking. But I did know there wasn't anyway I was going hold 2 boards at a 90 degree angle and get them joined together in a fashion that looked halfway good. Unless of course I had a third arm growing out of my chest which would come in handy for getting gas out of the latest version of gas cans. I'm happy to report these are a wonderful! Delightfully simple. I saw other versions of these made of plastic and a comment they wish they were metal. That's why I chose these. Great choice and a great tool. I couldn't be happier.

1. Not quite square but probably close enough for casual woodworking?2. The handles are not as shown (listed as "soft rubber" overmolding). Mine are a 1-piece slippery plastic and that is making my project more difficult. I may return if it's too troublesome.3. Realize they are hollow castings, not solid metal.
