Say hello to the Mini II EB-CE — our popular Mini travel-size guitar, but slightly bigger and with an extended 580mm (22 7/8”) scale length so it tunes perfectly to Standard E. Despite its small profile, the Mini II has a deeper body depth which creates a well-rounded tone that is close to a full-size nylon string guitar. Built with a solid spruce top and striped ebony back and sides, the Mini II EB-CE is resonant with a clear, defined tone. Another stand-out feature is its cutaway for reaching the uppermost frets with ease and a Córdoba pickup with on-board tuner so you can amplify on the go.

Bridge was lifting, truss rod was cranked, frets were sharp. These alone to be fixed would easily cost more than the guitar. Just do a quick observation before keeping it. It may be used like new for a reason.

Love this guitar but the problem is the tuner doesn't light up? Why? Maybe the next design cordoba can make a lighted window for the tuner. It would be way easier to see when you're a little older and young. But buy the guitar it's great

I bought this guitar for myself, and also to entice my 8 year old daughter to play acoustic (she previously only wanted to play her electric). I was lucky and saw one "Used - Like New" and nabbed it for about 30% off. When it arrived, it was clear it had been stored in a dry warehouse, as the wood was very dry, and the frets were sprouting out both ends. I left it in a fairly humid part of my home for a week and took a fret file to the sharp edges. Add a little bit of lemon oil on the fretboard, and some felt tape to stop the battery from buzzing along to certain notes, and this has become the house favorite. It cost a small fraction of as much as my other two (full size) guitars and yet for the past 3 months it has been by far the one I play most. It looks a bit silly in the hands of a grown man, but I couldn't care less. I play it plugged into my Spark Amp (with only compression and a tiny bit of reverb, no amp sim) and it sounds excellent. I've played it a ton along with my friend on the double bass and the two sounds go so nicely together. My daughter and I have lovingly named her Claire, and now frequently fight over who gets to play her. As a final note, I'm recovering from some health issues and need to spend a lot of time in bed - and it's small size has made it playable lying on my back to an extent that is not possible with larger guitars. I highly recommend this beauty - but maybe get a new one if you don't feel like giving it some TLC like I did.

I really like this guitar and would have given it an overall 5 stars, but after 6 months of play, the plastic tuning knobs stripped and just turn and turn without being able to tune the strings. I had to resort to a pair of small vice grips to tune the strings. I tried contacting the manufacture (Cordoba) twice via the Amazon customer service portal and still NO repsonse after 3 weeks. I ended up having to purchase a replacement set of tuners. Such a shame that some cheap tuning knobs had to take away from what otherwise would have been a 5 star rating.

This arrived in perfect condition, and I literally pulled it out of the box and started to play. The action is perfect (at least for me) and the ease of playing is amazing. The nut bridge width is smaller than a regular classical guitar and yet there is plenty of room to play - does not seem crowded. I experience no buzzing or issues with the frets. - all aligned and perfect.I normally play my full size classical but find myself grabbing this my new "couch" guitar and practicing and playing nonstop. It stays in my hands all day long. The tuner is surprisingly accurate (I compared with my other tuner). I can't say enough great things about this guitar. Plugged in it sounds sweet too - feel free to put it through some effects or pedals to get the sound you want. Incredible versatile little guitar. Super happy. I don't write a lot of reviews but have to give a shout out to this amazing little guitar at such an amazing price!

El producto está muy bien pero lo que no me gusto es que no hay estuches rígidos para viajar se supone que es una guitarra de viaje pero los qué hay son fundas y no los protegen del mal manejo de equipaje

I was looking for a nylon stringed instrument, that was small to use as a parlor guitar, and initially considered a Yamaha. As I currently only owned steel string guitars (electric and acoustic) I was rather lost when venturing into the nylon offerings. After reading quite a few reviews and product comparisons I stumbled upon this Cordoba Mini. Not knowing the brand at all I was a bit hesitant buying online in regard to quality since I couldn’t examine it. I took the leap of faith and was not disappointed. The build quality is excellent for a guitar in this price range. I love the feel of the neck and it is super comfortable to play. Highly recommended!

I really did not anticipate for this guitar to become my favorite. Over its big brother, Cordoba C12 SP, over the Breedlove, over the Alverez, etc.Wow, had this been my first guitar I'd probably have just chilled with it for a while. It's so easy to quickly grab and practice some chords, scales, etc. Has a nice tune to it for the price tag. Comes with electronics that sound great in my Acoustasonic 40, which is way more than any living quarters would need.Looks great. The frets are a little sharp which is pretty common on cheaper guitars. You can file them down pretty easily. They sell tools specifically for that. I haven't yet. Guess I get too zoned out to even think about it when playing or I've adjusted my hand without conscious of it. Don't even really notice it anymore. It's a great traveler, couch Potatoe, propped up in bed, on lunch break in the car, kind of guitar. Especially if you're just learning, has a full-size fret board. Fun little guitar to learn the essentials on. Strum or finger pick, handles it all.I probably grab this guitar 97% of the time because it's so accessible, sounds great, fun to play and it looks pretty darn good for the price tag, plus she's ready to plug and play. Built in tuner works well.Really, really, really... Hard to fault it. It's not going to give you that hard metal sound because it's nylon for one. All the better reason to pick up a cheap electric and now you have two guitars. I don't know if it's the body size on top of the nylon strings or what, but blues sound good on it. Haven't had an issue changing the open string notes or frequency, half step, whole step, D minor, etc. 440Hz or 432Hz...It's all about perspective at the end of the day and for me, I freak'n love this little guitar.

When considering this guitar, its important to take two things into account. 1) this is a half size guitar, and 2) it is built to a specific price point. Those things considered, it is a very good value and good sounding LITTLE guitar. Its small and very light, so it's easy to take places. It's about half way between the size of a baritone uke and a full sized classical guitar. Since it is a short scale guitar and tuned to standard tuning, the strings carry less tension, and its just not as powerful (unplugged) as a full size guitar. You may also notice that the lower tension makes the strings feel softer, and may or may not like that. For a short scale guitar with a small body, I think the guitar sounds great and has good harmonics and a sensitive feel to it. I especially like it for finger style and classical. However, it is built to a price point, and the finish on mine had some flaws. Action is good, about 3.5 mm at 12th fret with plenty of saddle available to lower it if you wanted. Intonation is spot on. I would say they focused more on getting the sound and playability right, and compromised a little on the finish in order to be able to offer it at a lower price.
