Changing between rope and ropeless isn't quick, but it's not intolerable for the price. Because I like to change out weights and go from rope to ropeless depending on where I'm at, it's a bit of a pain. It's less expensive than the Crossrope and if you're not going to be changing it, it's not going to be that big of a deal. I'd give it a 3 if it were more expensive, but for the prices, it's actually pretty hard to argue that it needs to be much better. They won't be my primary, but I'll still use them, because I'm a lot less worried about these getting lost, stolen, or broken.

I absolutely love these. Do wish they had a better locking mechanism for the weighted balls. Makes me nervous around my Tv even if the physics is right.

The rope with the balls constantly fling out. Not once have i picked these up to use and start did they stay in. Pick another brand. I think im done with amazon. Just trash and more expensive then temu

I have been working on doing more regular cardio but unfortunately live right in the snow belt so I found this jump rope that I felt would be a really amazing substitute. And it is! It is so comfortable to hold, the settings are all really easy and self explanatory, it's is so easy to adjust the cords or swap them out. The cordless option is so perfect for being indoors. So glad I found this, and for such a great price at that.

I started working out a while ago but I came to realize I needed to do cardio to see more results (which I hated). This is a PERFECT option for me for cardio. I love that it counts jumps and the timer only counts the time you’re actually jumping. I will say you have to be careful because it can sometimes add on extra jumps if you move it a certain way (for example the tracker might spin when you put in down so it adds a jump) but it’s not that bad because it doesn’t add too many. It’s pretty accurate. I love the adjustable rope and how durable it is and it tracks calories which is nice. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend

This jump rope is tangle-free and designed for rapid speed, making it perfect for high-intensity workouts. The adjustable length is a great feature, allowing customization for any height, which is especially useful for a shared fitness tool in our household. The built-in calorie counter is a fantastic addition, providing real-time feedback on my workout progress and helping me stay motivated. The handles are ergonomically designed and comfortable to grip, even during extended sessions, reducing hand fatigue. The rope's durability and smooth rotation ensure a consistent and enjoyable workout experience. Overall, worth the price.

The cords didn't stay attached and I rarely used it.
